Name: Bazoo/ Commander fox Reason for stepping down: I'm burned out. I have trouble to be active enough with the battalion. I have been in CG since the server launched and once I got Fox, I just realized I wasn't a good fit for the job. Not even 2 week in the job and already burned out. It's time for me to take a step back from the battalion and let CG have the Fox they deserve. When I applied, it's not really because I wanted to, I felt like I had to do it since I was the only CG that had the requirement and I didnt want a outsider to take the role. Date of full Resignation: 9/12/17 I woud like to say thank you to @Ginyu and @Dargon for every thing they did to help me once I got fox. Dargon worked really hard, probably harder then me, he did so many documents for the battalion and I thank you for that. Ginyu just did good at being him but he also helped a lot with the document, he was really active kept a look on every CG when he was on.. They both did an amazing job when we were doing the rules for ST. They basically did the job that I should have done. Thank you both of you, without you the battalion would have been really bad. I would give him a chance tbh, sure he was inactive for a long time, but he came and talk to me saying he was coming back and was trying to get more active, and soon after that took a LOA. I understand we need an active Palpy but in my opinion we should wait after his LOA to do report on him. -1

501st was the first battalion I joined when I left CT for the first time, if we ignore the fact I was in 187th for 1 day when buzz was CMD

Why should you become a Commander?: I have a great personality , I take criticism very well and I stay calm, I rarely get mad enough to start yelling and being disrespectful . I have been in the CG battalion since I joined the server so I feel like it's my time to take the lead as Fox. I'm gonna do every thing I can to make a battalion work and getting feedback form every one on server and I'm always open to improve myself. I don't like watching a battalion die and I'm ready to work hard every day to make it bigger, and get active in my battalion. Do you understand the lore of your battalion? Yes Availability: in the week day, most of the time I finish working around 6pm est, and can play till 2am, and the weekend I can pretty much play the whole time. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: Since the launch of the server. I played for at least 200 hours probably even more. Do you have a microphone?: Yes What plans do you have for the battalion you are applying for?:Since i'm on this server I've been playing CG the whole time and the battalion is currently dying from the disrespect, some of our best trooper either left the battalion or went inactive because they were tired of all the disrespect. I would like to change that and make this battalion great again and to do that I would like to work with other battalions, get their feedback every week about what we could change/improve and if they have any complain about us. I would also like to follow the idea Trig had, having a kind of cadet class for the CG or just having the new troopers following someone who's in the battalion for a good amount of time to see what is like to be a CG, and how to deal with every type of situation, they wouldn't be allowed to arrest alone or without permission from an officer. I would also like to improve the activity of this battalion at night time since when we get late at night the battalion pretty much die and there is no CG to do the job so the Temple Guard has to do our job. I'm willing to work with them to make the ship a better place for every one. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position? Yes I do understand.

You cant leave me like that but, ill always remember the day we got an admin sit together and you broke like 3 doors, every one was blaming me, then medic yelled at every one because of you. But also the first time we met, back when forseen was DVL on icefuse, I was an event job, a little tac droid and then Sinister ask forseen to bring me on the ship since i got reprogrammed and I was selling hot pocket for him, then he sold me Faoeoa and then you came out of nowhere and you stole me. You were defending me against the naval and even RDM 2 of them with the only comments "its not RDM if no one sees it"' back when you were Neyo, and at this moment this is where our friendship started, 1 week later I became your T-Mod and because of you I got up to Admin, and then the purge happened. Ill miss you.
