Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I enjoy roleplaying on Garry's Mod, it's something that allows me to relax and get away from everything that's currently going on in my life. By becoming a staff member I am able to encourage, create, and maintain the roleplay and improve it at a greater extent. With that being said, I also want to join the staff team to take care of the minges on the server and hopefully change their mindset, and if necessary hand out punishments for the rules they, and everyone else no matter status and rank break. I want to be apart of the staff team not only to help moderate the server but to help enforce the mission and goals of the other staff members and High Staff member. To help keep the server under control while also providing a better experience for the player base. I want to be there to help keep the player base from being bored and allowing them the chance to have someone to talk to on the staff team if they have a problem a commander or other trooper cant help with.
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I have been playing Gmod SWRP since 2015, started off on Icefuse then moved when Synergy was created. I have been joining and leaving throughout the years due to being burnt out. I find myself very approachable and funny. If you need help or any kind of guidance I will try my best to help you. I rarely yell at people, but if the time comes I will, but most of the time, I am civil and respectful when it comes to talking.
Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Admin on Icefuse (2016) - As my time as Admin and one of my first times being a staff member, I learned how to be the right staff member. Before the leaving of the server, my best accomplishment was probably becoming a TRO and also getting to the rank of Admin for my first time being a staff member.
New Admin on Synergy (First Release) - See now, this was not a long time of me being staff, resigning 1 month I believe after getting it because of school. This was a while ago so my memory is fogged.
Divison Leader on Titan Networks (2020) - This server is still alive but not doing very well, only averaging 15+ players when they used to average 30+. I worked my way from Tmod up just like any other would. I was an Officer in every category, Trainer, Recruitment, Gamemaster, and Intel.
