About how long have you been with Synergy as a community member: I've been playing Synergy since about a month ago, first started getting really into the roleplay and community about 2-3 weeks ago.
How often do you play? What time(s) do you normally play?: I try to get on at least once or twice a day for a few hours and I'm doing a pretty good job at doing that so far. Usually, I get on about 10 AM EST, 3 PM EST, 9 PM EST.
Have you ever received any form of punishment on any Synergy servers? Nope, never even been jailed
Are you good with people? How are your conversational skills?: I work very well with people, I can work in a group or alone, but I would rather be in a group because I dislike being alone :). My conversational skills are pretty decent not they could use work but not the worst. If I ever had to relay a message or tell someone how I felt about their work/RPing I would do that very constructively and respectfully.
What makes you play on SynergyRP over any other server?: Synergy has become a sort of second home from my own. You guys make everyone feel welcome and let everyone's voice be heard which I love. It's for the people by the people. I love the roleplay and friendships I make basically every time I hop onto the server. Everyone is always very welcoming which I feel is a hard thing to maintain but keeps everyone happy.
What do you hope to accomplish in the long run as a Synergy staff member?: I want to help the players find the line between fun and RP because there is a line sometimes "fun" can impede on others RP which is never good and as staff you should strive to watch out for that and stop it. But you should try to make sure everyone is having fun within reason.
Tell us why you wish to be an administrator: I would like to be an administrator for a few reasons. I am very active because I love Synergy as a community and Roleplay is something I have always had a passion for. I have also recently left my old community of almost 1 year to focus on Synergy. I have about 2 years staffing experience, I know how to treat players and others in general, I also have common sense. I am a very creative person and I can add a lot of ideas to the staffing team and server in general(if asked). I would be more than happy to drop my RP to help out a player with a staff ticket as well. I also am very familiar with ULX and the proper way to use it. One of my biggest weakness is probably that I want to lead most of the time, I need to learn how to sit back and follow better. To be a good staff you must have a good balance between fun and work. You need to make it more fun and convenient for the players by working. But you don't wanna overwork yourself and get burnt out, so having fun is always good. But you must also keep up your community reputation as well, making sure everyone is keen to you and knows that you're a good staff is important.
Tell us a little about yourself: I'm 15, My real name is Taylor, I live in the US. I do online homeschool so that's why I have a bunch of time on my hands. I'm an avid CSGO player, my highest rank is Gold Nova 4, currently S4. I have been PC gaming for about 3 years now. Garry's Mod is my favorite game. I'm a Galactic Marine in game. I have almost 2000 hours in Gmod. I'm an avid Roleplayer. I listen to $uicideboy$ and XXXTentacion. I enjoy long walks on the hull of the ship. My passions are writing, and video games. I am also a great shot in Cit so watch out!
Do you have any previous staff experience? I have staffed Gmod for about 2 years, from Jailbreak to DarkRP. I was with my last community for about 1 year which was mainly a Jailbreak community. I have launched 4 DarkRP servers and staffed about 4 others. I also have a bit of staffing experience with game modes: Murder, Deathrun, PoliceRP, StarwarsRP, and Sandbox. Rank doesn't mean much to me in the sense of I'm just here to help the server and community to the best of my ability.
