    What was your previous staff rank?: Admin

    Are you currently staff on a different server?: No

    Why did you leave the staff team?: Serious burn out on the server + school was starting again, I had played through out most of the pandemic and was just burnt out after such a long time.

    Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I want to be a admin to get SA and ban minges during the late nights of the server, my time zone leaves some of my time during the servers down time, when there's not a lot of people and even less admins, as a GM I take tickets and help people set up trainings or run events. Often however I've found that minges like to get on at these times and we're unable to ban them due to a lack of SA's, I can only do so much as a CG to deal with them, this often leads to them interfering with other people and causing chaos across the whole server, forcing me to DM whatever SA I can find and begging them to get on. I would personally prefer to being able to dealing with them myself, being as quick as I could rather than waiting for somebody to get on and following them around everywhere.

    How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): Previously as staff my goal was to become a GM, and at the time I needed to make SA to be GM, so I started the SA grind from new admin training CR's and doing whitelists. After I made admin I helped in events, did encounters, ran sims for my battalion and other people, and took whatever tickets I could. Unfortunately I became a admin at the end of my synergy career and was unable to do everything I wanted, I never stopped taking tickets however I couldn't bring myself to run encounters or help in many events, that plus the start of school led to me resigning from staff and the server as a whole. Overall I believe the time I spent in staff was fun and I liked it a lot, helping people during the late nights and running sims were some of favorites.

    +1 for all of them but rule 3, SOBDE and ARC don't get a special pass just because they like to think themselves better then everybody, SOBDE tryouts are just tryouts, they can be done whenever, and ARC is just a server training, it doesn't make sense for them to get special treatment while others don't. If all server trainings and tryouts got this exception it would make more sense. But even then forcefully removing people from a training is stupid, if they don't voluntarily leave the training to do the event then why would they want to do the event if they're forced?

    I liked the first part of the event but running around the bottom of the map was mad annoying, IDK if the fog is a map thing and cant be removed but it was also mad annoying.
