Why should we unban you/shorten the ban period?: I'm not fully sure why i'm banned. The reason is "Stealing Content", however I did nothing of that. I do infact own a Server, but I did not steal content. One thing I did some what do is use a similar layout to the training room that you guys used on the Redeemer, but this should be somewhat understandable since the only server I ever played on before my own for SWRP was Synergy. I had known no other way to do it. I'm legit confused on why I'm permanently banned for this. If there's another reason for why i'm perma-banned or considered as stealing content, i'd like to know more details. I'm not here to cause argument, but I've recently been talking with the HA Freck and he has told me I should make a Ban Appeal maybe, so here I am. I don't want to steal players from your server or anything of the sorts. All I want is a second server other than my own to play on. Synergy was my "home" for Garry's Mod for almost 2 years? I'd played on there so much, and spent so much time, just to come and find out I wasn't welcome anymore for something, that I don't even know what happened. To me this just seems like, I made another server and told maybe 1 or 2 people or people that asked me about it. But overall, legit only 2 people came to play on my server that are from Synergy. One was my Best Friend and another was one of your High Staffs who felt treated wrong (Kiara), but It's not like I intentionally invited them over or told them they should stop playing on Synergy, in fact I never stopped playing, until I had to truly focus more on real life. Evidence to support your claims: There's not much evidence, but it just feels like a false ban, I do understand it's a Private Company and if you feel the need to ban someone you have full rights to, but i'd just hope you could understand letting someone come back who legit just wants to play and have fun again.

I'd like to help out with these issues. I think I could be a reliable staff member/trustworthy member of the staff team. I play on the server daily, and I've studied the rules and I think that I could help with enforcing the server rules. Another reason is when people get stuck, I see it happen all the time, I could easily fix this. It's some of the small thing's that I could help fix too. I've played on the server for almost 2 years now, I know the rules extremely well. I used to be a staff member on the server and recently just got removed due to lack of ticket claiming, but I feel this isn't true since I did a lot of staff work when I could. So i've decided to make another app and not give up, and give it another chance at going back to it. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): My name is Tyler, I'm a 16 year old High School student, but I do have a lot of freetime, and I spend most of my freetime on the server and playing video games. I love to code LUA, C++, Java, etc. Developing things is one of my favorite things to do. If you were to throw a problem at me, I would actually enjoy fixing it. It's one of the many weird things people don't find in others. I like to build/design computers, etc. as well. I've been playing video games since I was 2 years old and I will continue playing them as I am more of an independent person. Do you have any previous staff experience?: Yes, Of course I do! I've been staff on RuthlessRP, Wolven Territory, Wolven Territory 2, RetributionRP, GalacticRP, Rogue Nation, No Limit RP, ReactiveRP, Even Synergyroleplay itself. I've even own my own Star Wars RP server which is still doing very well and i'm making a great amount of money off of it, as well as a Dark RP server, so i'm very familiar with administration. I'm also very familiar with the administration system the server uses as I have used it on my own server before.
