This has been the cycle constantly with the battalions being added, whether it be bad leadership (Not saying anyone in particular, just a general statement) or it be lack of members. It always ends the same.

Something else to consider is the fact of, if we were, hypothetically, to re-implement the 187th, you would be taking members from other battalions. This honestly is not a good idea now, or later.

Description of the bug: Hammer whitelist has a normal DC-17 Pistol instead of the Dual DC-17 Pistols that all Rancor whitelists have.

How can we recreate it: Switch to the Hammer whitelist

I honestly like both applicants and have nothing against either one, however FYI has less activity overall than Llama. Unfortunately I know this isn't due to timezones... (I'm on for too many hours per day). I also have to say this, commanders do NOT have to be online 24/7. They should entrust their lower ranks to run the battalion and if any major issues pop up, they will deal with it. This is why both applicants are getting a +1. Good luck to the both of you."

Alright, what I am about to say is going to be something that is taking the personal relationship between you and I aside. We don't see you very often, and when we do, your on Cin. That's fair enough considering the position you have in the order. ONE of the biggest issues I and a few others have is the fact, we, as Rancor, have said and explained why we wanted Guttler as our next BCMD. There is a process one goes through. You should know this as a RTL. You groom your 2IC (Second in charge) to take over for when you eventually step down. That's what Merrill has done with Guttler. Not to mention, you have always said you had a plan for EU ARC trainings. Why are you not doing them now? Your in a position that has the authority to run them, well, basically whenever you want. Not to bring politics into this, but there was a campaign that a Senator was doing, and they posted they had plans to bring poverty down nation wide for the US. One of the reporters asked the same question I did "Why are you not doing this already?" I could go on and on, however its going to be a -Support from me. I would honestly like to see more of you in Rancor before considering you for BCMD.
