    Reason for leaving: Honestly, I aint trying to CC train, I went for TRO and was waiting for TRM to do the last part and no TRM wanted to do their job. Quotas seem stupid, it should be quality over quantity, yes I understand yall wanna keep the server busy but events are so far apart you cant even tell people have a quota. I can almost never make it to meetings because I work SAT and SUN, so I have no idea what is going on more than half the time with other admins.  If I try to do anything with encouters it feels like I get shutdown or no one cares. its almost like pulling teeth to get an SA+ to do their job, yes I see how many tickets are created for dupes or vehicles that a SA can do real fast, yet they make 5 tickets and no one responds. All this would be fine, I was waiting to get SA to help with all the dupes and vehicles, also got GM to try to do some events. Yet people metagame a shit ton causing events or encouters to be dull, shoot first RP later is how it goes. Yes we got some great GMs trying and it is hard to think of creative events. The last thing that actually made me  leave  was I was waiting to get SA trained for a few days, I understand people are busy. The other day I saw 3 HAs on that could of done it yet no one responded.  The one chance I got close to getting SA trained, was when they pretty much finished training the newly promoted SAs. It took them less than 1 day... I guess if i kept pinging in the Disc I could of gotten it faster, but didnt want to seem like a dick. Well when they finished they just logged me trained and left,  I asked to be actually trained and people ignore me again,  I aint gonna take that. Ill ask one more time before i post this to be SA trained if i get ignored again this will be it.  I am not trying to sound like a bitch, but If yall dont care I wont either.

    Event Name: Massif infestation 

    Summary of the story:  some Massifs invaded the base, with a jawwa leading them. For a reason UNK due to the fact no 41st was on to speak to it. 

    What was the result of the event?: a ton of dead massifs, dead jawa, and a null made friends with a massif 

    Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: RP, and shootemup

    From 1-10, what would you rate your knowledge of the Clone Wars?: 7

     

    How good are your Communication and Leadership Skills?: I believe my Communication is good, my leadership is average, due to the fact that I 2nd guess some of my choices but I do make choices. Everyone can always improve on communication and leadership.  I think for me to improve I just need to keep trying even if i make a bad decision.


    Do you understand that if you are Inactive, you will be removed from the program?: yes 

     

    Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce: I would like to use some of the less used battalions, have them land on annexes get them to medbay, for check ups armory to re-gear and prepare to head out.  The clones just came from the front, due to this they had a few commando droids sneak in with them. Have some Passive RP at medbay and armory allowing a distraction for the droids to head to BCC and try to take a hostage. The clones thinking that their brothers went crazy try to stop them, only to find out they are commando droids. With the base being distracted by the commandos, the CIS was able to get a FOB set up at Granite and have it heavily defended.  (i would like to use that fog editor) have the CIS GAS the base, so only a few amount of clones can head out and defend( Have clones head to medbay or armory and equip a hazmat suit, color them to show they are good to head out), while the droids try to push into the base. The clones will be able to defend the droids, and will launch a couterattack. The droids will either leave knowing they got beat or die trying to destroy everything.

  22. Rouge Clones

    Who helped (If applicable): Rick, Truffle( shadowed ) , Ping, blur Samuel and Mech

    Event Name: 416th Rouge Clones 

    Summary of the story: 416th Landed as they needed medical attention. The 2ndLT SGT and PFC blamed the deaths of his brothers on the 1stLT on the battle of teyr. Resulting in them going AWOL,. The 2ndLT ended up gunning down the 1stLT, due to this. Resulting in the CPL ( the wounded one) going berserk and trying to kill the 2ndLT. The end result was that the 416th killed each other. 

    What was the result of the event?: The result was a ton of confusion due to the fact that it was clone vs clone (which isn't allowed apparently) The rest of the 416th was gunned down by their own brothers. 

    Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: The first half was mostly rp, resulting in a a betray of the clones.
