Reason for leaving: Just a second though I had to give it thought in my future endeavors, and i honestly don't really see me playing a lot more in the future. With college, rushing, socializing i just cant fit this into my agenda. I love 501st. Good look on everyone's endeavor's ill still be legacy in the discord so if anyone needs anything lmk. but I'm sorry I'm resigning, been here since 2017 and i think its finally time to move on. ill be in ts hanging around playing games with yall and a little be on the server but i feel this is time. Not going to say goodbyes can i will still be hanging out giving advice etc, i am a legacy after all. sorry it took this long to do this but it just needs to be done. rip off the Band-Aid they say. I'll see yall again atleast some of you but you know how much you mean to me. if you know, you know. BACK TO RETIREMENT BABY FOR THE FIFTH TIME

College Life, HW, new harder classes, new semester of the college year starting, no time to really get on till i get a schedule going, aswell rushing.

Care and Effort: I can tell you put some serious efforts into this especially being a newer GM and having the solid RP. 4.
Performance: Very big lag spikes towards the end there with all the droids spawning in. Mix in the new droids with the old ones and be gentle with the newer ones! 2.
I love this feedback and will take it in to make my events better.

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided):
Basically Two commando droids dressed up as 501st get on base claiming to be transferred from Endor. They came on base to blend in and try to find important information from Brig, BCC, and engine room. after getting all the information, they attempt to escape the base with a laat they came with damaging it in the process and having to take over thresh until repairs are done to transfer the information. Troopers found this out and advanced to thresh fighting off waves and destroying the transport, mission failed for cis, mission woohoo. (THIS IS MY FIRST EVENT IN A WHILE AND GETTING THE HANDLE OF THE NEW DROID SYSTEM AND RUSTY)

Why did you leave the staff team?: I left the staff team do to my activity, college is a big thing that takes up a lot of my time but after going through my freshman year I know how to better manage myself with the server with my IRL duties.
Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I want to become a GM to help and create events as well as help out the community in the best way I can. I've also have been wanting to come back to the Staff team to better get involved in the community as well make passive and combat theme events. I'm also good at building dupes, so I wanted to join to help and give my opinions on dupes as well as create and pass them onto other GM's as well for their events. I feel like I can bring something to the team that not a lot of people can. I also have a lot of time more then last time to do more for the community
How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): Overall I felt it was good. I did events where most feedback I received was high and very much liked from the community. Due to that I felt good on the feedback, for I did on the server. I also feel that I handled situations really professionally by being calm and understanding both sides of the story, so it could have a good result or if it was handled right like receiving punishment if done something very inappropriate . I created multiple dupes, for example the 332nd Geonosis tryout dupe or even just simulation dupes for training. Which also made laat/pilote binds for the community to use for SUP to have the chance to gain more access to rp, My past is mostly filled with good rp and combat mix events with good builds as well. I feel I can help the Synergy community be a safe and enjoyable environment for players of all kind.

+1 need this. its something that should be fixed as having cool names is an aspect of people on a roleplay server. Not only this but 332nd lore wise would replace the 501st in names, having 501st 332nd (Rank) Name, looks really bad and not lore accurate. And looks gross. Huge +1

+1 You are indeed dedicated to the battalion which I respect a shit ton, I believe he would be a good Rex who has a vision on what he wants 501st to be. Also agreed with the 332nd tryout, we are currently trying to optimize it more. but we have people working on 332nd missions. Other then that loved your suggestions not only for 332nd but the whole battalion. Deserves an interview.

You talked to me about potentially applying and asked about my opinions on the matter and that is overall a leader is about, creating a good environment for people to learn, have fun, and grow from situations. Which I think that your leadership, effort, and time you put in the battalion since you have been here has been outstanding to equivalent of being a Rex. I also like changing up the merit system like that, gives passion to doing more in new members as-well their promotions don't count on it. (Like how some people do their merits and go on LOA till their cooldown then get promoted right off LOA, this will fix that problem)
The 332nd Part as-well I 100% agree with and your ideas is something I want to work with you about.

+1 I definitely wanna work with you on improving the EOD and Tech in the 332nd. While there was an issue in the past about arguments in the 332nd Company, me and my officers have been cracking down on it more in recent times to set up better communication in the 332nd.

Yeah there might be battalions that could potentially add something new to the server but at the end of the day the core problem is the sheer amount of battalions we currently have not whether one battalion has cooler lore than the other. It's about a core issue with the server because of all these different battalions that causes these cycles where this battalion is doing very well, these 2 battalions are doing alright, these 3 are in meh states, and these 2 are performing very poorly. It's almost always DU in that last category majority of the time. I don't understand why this cycle should be allowed to continue. Less battalions would open up the ability for more battalions to be in better states at the same time rather than some of them constantly struggling until old people come back or High Command steps in.

Never before have I seen someone learn so much about how we run a battalion, someone who is patient enough to deal with the stuff we deal with every other day, and a person with more than enough experience to run 501st as Abraham. I know he's gonna do great. He's been such an amazing help before, during, and I'm sure after my time as Rex to this battalion. It's been a long ride and I'm glad the 501st is going to be left in his hands.
