HOWEVER, I speak from personal experience, If you are to do an event like this, you have to be prepared for shit to hit the fan like it did. Now dont get me wrong, I get it, you want the story to go a certain way and 100% get that, iv'e been there but the way you reacted to some parts of it, NOT JUST MINE. RP Name: Smeck Steam ID: STEAM_1:1:59693932 Age: 17 Gender: Male Timezone: PST Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): OK, so I would like to be a part of this staff team because of the fact that I have been on this server since the forums were launched, I have stuck with this community since day one and might I say am even the oldest, if not one of the oldest STWRP players in this community (I Started in November 2015). I see everyone around me becoming more and more involved with this community via staff or other ways, and to be honest I think I have, for myself at least, exhausted most of the ways I can contribute to this server aside from being apart of it's administrative team. At the end of the day all I really care about is the general well being and player satisfaction of the server I spend so much time on, and not only that but becoming staff would also give me the opportunity to become friends with people that I haven't gotten the pleasure of meeting yet. With all of this being said I have been around for a long period of time, giving me a very detailed background of knowledge in the way people behave on a GMOD server (mostly like complete chimps). I would be able to handle most of the tricky situations I am put into regardless of the context of the situation (unless it is a founder thing of course). As stated before, a GMOD server is where people come to have fun, it is where I find myself in a great deal of enjoyment and hope to share that enjoyment with every sing person that ever connects to this server. Fun is the most important thing to me, as long as the fun you are having doesn't involve destroying the server or DDOS. ;^) Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a Senior in high school that lives in California and Trying to get into UCLA. I play 3 Varsity sports, Swim, Water Polo, and Soccer. I am currently taking 4 AP classes and still manage to find time to play on the computer. When I get on my computer all im looking for is a good time, That's why I rarely play by myself, i find it much more enjoyable to play games with freinds and or random fellers you find on the internet, I love sharing a good laugh and spending time on this server and with people who play on it. For me to acomplish this task I have already dedicated myself to this server and as of right now I am on at least 3 hours a day to try and better my battalion and train as many new players as I possibly can. The next step for me on this server would be to apply and hopefully achieve Administrator, which obviousley is what I have just done. I believe that my experience as higher up staff on previouse servers will be a great benifit to me and the server if I become staff, with me saying that I will also mention that in my past experience I have had to deal with many different and difficult situations in all kinds of scenarios. I have been a community member since the day the forums launched, and I have come from the aftermath of the mass leaving and resignations from the Icefuse incident, and since that day I have always wanted to be sure that what happened that day will never happpen on Synergy this is one of my main motives along with building a great and fun community to join the staff team, I believe everyone should have a right to a fair oppinion. One other major reason is that I have been seeing how well the staff team seems to get along and have a great time together with themselves and the players, with me watching all of the fun that I am missing out on I would love to be part of a staff team like this, so I can further expand my experience of fun on this server while at the same time providing for it. Probably my highest personal moral and value for a server is that I make sure everyone is out to have a good time because at the end of the day thats what it's all about. I have had Previouse staff experiance on a couple GMOD serves, I always try to take great care and effort into Whatever I may be doing big or small, with that being said I have just recently got a job at a movie theatre and hope to stay there until I graduate. I play multiple Varsity sports including Water Polo, And Soccer, I also have a soft spot for video games, which is why when I am not at a practice I am here on this server or on another game having a good time.
