For instance when a new 101st TR3 comes on or a new player in general is in need of help, if a staff member gets there in seconds and gives the trooper a good source of information or an easy plan to fix their problem that can make a huge impression on that community member which can make them give more thought to the community's image. Another reason why I would love to become a staff member on Synergy would be to meet new people get to know the community better as a whole and branch out from just being a trooper all day so that I can give myself something else to do in my free time on the server. One thing that I see sometimes happen on the server is a forgetfulness of the rules and I think that I would be able to remind people on what the rules are within reason. One of the biggest reasons I want to become a staff member is to get to the rank of Vet Admin so that I can give quality events to everyone on the server, I've seen that people complain about the lack of events but I feel that I can help out the game makers once I get to the selected rank. I feel that I can provide new and unique ideas to the community from what I've learned on numerous servers that I've had the pleasure to be on. A few things that I feel that I can add to the staff team would be the night shifts I'm usually on till 3 AM at the least which can sometimes be a dead time for staff members. Another addition to the team that I can make is a good behaviour when dealing with staff matters when on the job. Synergy Clone wars when I first joined was a warm environment upon my recruitment of my first battalion and I would like to give that to other people! In my free time I will be working on simulations for any type of thing because I know the pain when no one has a sim ready to be used. One thing that I would like to add I've just came upon the forums and will be active straight away like I have on other community's. I usually can't keep myself away from discussions on the forums of any server I'm on and I usually find myself on them in my freetime or not even in my house I find myself on the forums. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I'm a slightly disclosed person I don't like talking about myself to much but at times I can spill the beans. I usually try to head to bed early but it doesn't usually happen for me and I wake up fairly late. I'm a very competitive person I love to participate in any pvp excursion that is happening on the ship at any time. I love to be able to teach people things that they didn't know about already on activities they've been doing for a while. A little about myself in the Garry's Mod aspect is that I love seeing new things in a garry's mod server. Whenever I find a great garry's mod server I love to grind for a long time and I enjoy it. Whenever I can I try to learn new things from the people around me to not just improve myself but to carry on that knowledge to someone else. I've had the pleasure leading and being the one being lead and every time I've had fun. Do you have any previous staff experience?
