    Reason for leaving: Poor leadership starting and ending with the Directors (Great HA Team, not directed at HA's). Promotions are clearly handed out with favoritism. Staff Members who clearly pulled more than their fair share prior to closure were not recognized for their hard work. The server has been closed with zero ability to perform staff duties, but promotions were handed out for the rank of Veteran and Senior Admin. I can't invest more into a staff team if the leadership won't invest in me. I think this is the end of the line as far as staffing on Garry's Mod communities, I've had a good run at it since 2015, time to press on.

    Farewells: Prior HA's who have since resigned (Cage and Rud specifically), y'all were awesome. Apollo, keep working hard, you're a good dude. Current HA Team (Rasheed, Winters and Bart) you are all great people to talk to and work with. Ron, keep being Ron, and say hello to Pepe for me. Joah, thanks for the opportunity, I truly hope your server succeeds, and I think it will if you get some fresh perspective and leadership in your directorial team.

    You rely too much on your reputation to follow the simplist of tasks. Does everyone who knows you know that you can do the job? Sure. But what about those who don’t know you or aren’t familiar with how you lead?

    What’s the point in having a competitive and formal application process if we’re just going to blindly +1 apps that show no attention to detail?

    I really think you’ve dropped the ball here, and I hope it doesn’t lower the bar.

    If the lightsabers are a public resource and they utilize them on their own community, that is not leeching. If the lightsabers are custom-made content used exclusively for Synergy Networks, that is leeching. If the lightsabers are a privately sold resource, it is not up to this community to decide if the content was stolen, but rather a decision that is made by the content creator.

    Can we get clarification on this issue from Clone Wars High Staff? @Carter

    It would be more believable that you had good intentions if you didn't screw around on MRP.

    What are they referring to when they say you were content stealing? What exactly happened?

    Post the explanation in this thread and not over PM/Discord.

    Then let's stop calling it Serious RP. It's military RP. Make your rules and enforce them. You shouldn't have to state you're "serious" for people to know to follow your rules.

    If we made this serious Military role play, no one would ever join. Everything incorporated into the MilitaryRP gamemode is nothing but pure fantasy and doesn't correlate to even 5% of what real military life is like.

    I'm not trying to sound rude, I enjoy the concept of MilitaryRP that the Garry's Mod has formed, but it is no-where near what realistic military life is like.

    There's a reason a common phrase in the U.S. Military is "Hurry up and wait".

    You're really going to have to dissect this issue...

    First, if we're going to play the "SeriousRP" card, we need to enforce SeriousRP in all aspects of this server. You have players who drive these vehicles like a bat-out-of-hell which realistically would seriously injure or kill your comrades in such fashion. Is it impractical to train others on how to jump out of harms way? No.

    Second, let's not forget that those who are participating in this training are doing so willingly and are not reporting this situation.. Why? Because it was their choice to do so, and if I had to guess what was on their mind, they were probably having fun.

    Let's stop making mountains out of molehills and get back to enjoying Garry's Mod. This isn't 1942RP.

    The rule may have been there for "ages" from the Clone Wars server and must have recently been copied from the Clone Wars section of the forums. The rule was not there a few days ago when I had a disagreement about a rule in the same section.
