-1. For one, they did not complete the format correctly and two the reasoning becoming a staff member is very weak. Beef this up and maybe it'll be a +1 not only from myself but from others.

I have been staff member on the following servers: SquadGaming, FrozenOdyssey. UndermineGamers, RefugeeGamers, and RefugeeGaming. All these servers were all CloneWarsRP servers as well. To tack on to that, I know basically the required ULX commands but I am eager to learn more if necessary. Another reason why I want to become staff on Synergy is that I want to have the community grow larger than it already is. What I mean by that is I wish go above and beyond my required abilities to be a fair yet likable staff member among the community! Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Well to start off, my name is Josh. I am 19 years old and I play Garry's Mod a lot. And I mean a lot. I have nearly 5,000 hours on Garry's Mod alone. Anyway, my hobbies consist of lawn care, four wheeling, and just spending time outside. I love to work, especially when its outside on hot summer days. My sides jobs consist of roofing and doing sidings on houses. College is coming around the corner for me and I plan to major in Computer Science at Indiana State University.
