I currently feel like there is so much more that I can do for this server rather than stand with the crossarms sweep outside of bunks on downtime. I wish to be an admin so I can better assist the GMs in early morning events and all events in general. I also want to help all regiments so that they have an easier time hosting a SIM or just doing something productive in general. If I manage to reach SA I will also try to build some more situational SIMs so the players have different scenarios to choose from when hosting SIMs. I believe that I would be of great help to the eastern staff team and that people on the server would have a lot more fun in downtime if I got the opportunity to make something fun for them as a member of this staff team. I also believe that my past experience in administrating servers and roleplaying would benefit this server. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): My name is Elias. I come from Sweden and have played SWRP for 2 years now. I'd say I'm a down to earth guy who enjoys chatting with pretty much anyone I bump into. I see myself as a friendly dude but I can also become very serious when the situation requires it. I'm quite active on the server and I usually play every day and at most times, but I'm mainly on at "prime" European time. I have a vast experience in both roleplaying and staff work on SWRP and roleplay servers in general. Do you have any previous staff experience? I'm a former longtime SA of the now-closed server Visionroleplay or Resolutenetworks as they changed the name to. I have been Admin and Mod on many different TTT and DarkRP servers in the past but I never really stuck around as I enjoyed SWRP more than the other game modes. The last server I was staff on was Unbroken TTT which I played on before joining this server. How much playtime do you have on the synergy server? I'm certain that I speak for all other ATK Regiments in saying that we will be sad to see GM leave us. But if this is what the majority of the GM wants then this should be changed. +1

TCT is not a necessary job for 501st to have. However, I would rather see that we replace that job with another job that we either need or with a job that we know will be used rather than just removing it. But yeah +1

I have seen Deviss lead 327th. I have even fought beside and against him and his men. He leads them well and wields their respect. There is no doubt that he is fit to be their BCMD. +1

I fully understand that people should be punished for destroying docs. In this situition i was even negetivly affect as my name was used in the "destruction". The thing Reaver did was put me as a CMD over Woeny's name on the Docs and also editing the text ARC ROSTER to OMALIC FOR XO. Theese edits took about 1-2 minutes to fix and i belive that Reaver should be punished for it, so we did punish him. He was removed and permablacklisted from the battalion. The fact that he greifed the forums, used my name in this bad manner and that he handeld this situation so porly makes me both angry and dissepointed in him. I fully stand by the blacklist and the removal from 501st. I do not however belive that he should be permanatly banned for such a minor greifing of the roster. When you think of someone destroying the roster you'd think that he had removed all the coding or removed alot of shit that would take hours to fix if even fixable at all. But in this case it's not even close to that. This is why feel that this ban should either be removed or shortend. I'm very angry and dissepointed in you for doing this Reaver. But i don't think this punishment was just. +1

Spud. You have been in 501st a while now. You have helped lead it and overall helped the battalion grow stronger. Being in the 501st I know that you are capable to control this battalion. You and Phil proved as much when our former BCMD was away a lot and when you guys held the battalion together. However, I'm not comfortable with the fact that you've stated that you are thinking about resigning and that you often state that you're going to resign. I don't want a BCMD that is thinking about resignation especially when we are in need of a BCMD that will be committed. I also recall (and I have double checked this fact) that you have stated that you would resign if you wouldn't get BCMD. The 501st doesn't need a leader that states / threaten that he will abandon us if he doesn't get the highest position there is in our battalion. It also makes me sad to see you making it look like you saved the battalion on your own when Nyx was away. It was a joint effort from mostly you and Phil but also from all the members of 501st that were there being active and assisting you guys and helping the battalion as a whole. Due to all this and a lot of thinking I have decided to give your application a -1 We have our 2 highest officers in the 501st applying for the BCMD position. Only one can become Rex. And due to all of this I simply don't believe you're the best candidate for the position. There is nothing personal with this Spud. You're a great guy and I hold you in high esteem. Phil (with the help of spud) has led this battalion for a while now. When our BCMDs activity dropped he (with the help of Spud) stepped in and took control of the situation. Phil has continued leading us since our BCMD resigned and he has done such as our XO. Phil was there from the start. He was the guy I aspired to become. He was our HWSL and I served with him in HWS since the day I joined this server. He was always the guy that was easy to talk to and he taught me a lot about how the 501st worked and the how the server worked in general. Everyone has their downsides tho and it would be wrong of me not to share what I think is bad about him as well. Stating this I don't actually think Phil is doing/has been doing anything wrong. We all have our flaws tho and the only one I can come to think of is that he is in a different timezone from what timezone the server is in. This has however not been a problem for me and not for the 501st. I am stating this because I have heard no one complaining about his timezone nor him being inactive. I feel like Phil is the best-suited candidate for this position and that he would continue to make 501st a better place as our new BCMD. Massive +1
