Denied for the following reasons, 1 the Admiral runs a ship, not the entire fleet so regimental does make sense in that aspect. Now the second and most valid point is that we will be switching to the ground map relatively soon and when this happens naval will become base ops, which will be controlled by high command. Therefore the Base ops commander (replaces the admiral position) will only be equal to BCMD, so there is little point in accepting this with that change coming up.

You were told to contact the owners, or myself as I am aware of the situation as well, I advise you do this before posting a ban appeal.

I tried unbanning everything with that ban message, try it now.

I was approached about this and sorted it out, I was given the IP you were banned on and unbanned you but before I lock this I want to make sure you actually can get into the TS, please reply to this when you can in case something didn't work.

The issue with this is that you openly said the word you were asking whether you were allowed to say it or not, were you to ask a staff member privately or simply PM someone who could have helped you this could have been avoided. You did in open chat where everyone can see say a word that is forbidden, which should be common sense to know. Because you did openly say it your ban will remain. DENIED

I had people come to me claiming you were advertising a different server, in this thread you claimed that you wanted people to "check out" your server, even if you didn't outright ask them to play your server it is still against the rules to convince people to switch over, even if only to look at, to a server that you own or are a representative of. Unfortunately this ban will be upheld and you will no longer be welcome within the Forums, TS, or in game. DENIED

Here's the thing, Miller and Shakes willingly used an exploit against the server for their own interest instead of working to earned the weapons. Allowing people to get away with these kinds of things would encourage other people to exploit and expect smaller degrees of punishments. They took the risk of exploiting the server and since they were caught they now face the consequences, perma banned from the server. DENIED

My opinion on this is that if we take away the use of secure in chat there will a lot of instances of metagaming as this would have to apply to the CIS and other non-republic entities. The current way that secure comms works is if you are using /comms it is automatically secure to your own faction only unless you specify otherwise. If you use /advert however the message is automatically in open comms unless you specify otherwise.

Firstly the format was not correctly followed here, second of all while I agree the spamming can get cancerous we cant force only a few battalions to do tryouts at a time, that would cause several problems such as certain battalions having more favorable recruitment times than others. Overall I really cant see this working in any kind of fair way. (Myself and Oxen did speak about this already)

Myself and Oxen discussed this rule and decided that as this current suggestion is written there would be no real benefit to the server or helping to enforce serious RP. We believe that changing all bail prices would not make a difference but there may be a compromise if you rework this idea into something else, no promises of course. For now, however, this suggestion is being denied.

I checked the Steam ID with our roster and got a name for who banned you. We will be dealing with the individual who went above his ban limit appropriately. As for your ban appeal it will end up being shortened to at least 3 days how much further it goes from there I will leave to the HAs as it is their job to manage ban appeals.

Tried to get in contact but not getting responses or they aren't on, as I still can't unban you on TS you will have to wait it out unfortunately. That is unless I can somehow get one of them in the next hour or so.

Alright I just looked into the ban list and it looks like there was a GM PVT Kar that got banned for mic spam, then you also were banned as well. The odd thing about it is that TayTay was the one that banned him, though I don't believe vet admins should be able to ban. I will be having a chat with him later as well as the founders about getting this fixed. The problem with this is I cant actually unban on TS, so Ill have to wait until I can speak with a director or founder about getting you unbanned, assuming I can do it in time before the ban runs out.

I spoke with Happy and his cloak key was right next to his flashlight key, he had no idea he was cloaked until he got to ER where he finally heard a trooper tell him he was cloaked and he immidiantly uncloaked. There was no harmful intent with this, just an honest mistake, I of course told him to be a little more careful with this cloak key being where it is but otherwise he is in no trouble.

Had a discussion with Dylan and we figured everything out, it was a big misunderstanding and he meant no harm to anyone or the server, he has been unbanned but careful when talking about DDoSing out of context from now on.

Myself or another HA will speak with Happy when he is available to talk for his side of this, though I will admit even I accidently left cloak on during an event once when I was an admin, I deactivated it faster but that was because I was lucky enough to realize it in time, as long as his intent was not malicious this should be a simple talk to him explaining that he needs to be more careful with cloak.

You should be unbanned from the TS, contact my self or Koval, or really any HA, about getting this situation sorted out.

Myself and koval were dealing this, we got a report in staff chat that someone was threatening to DDoS the server so we both went to him and talked in TS, the staff had you caged up for a sit and you said in chat DDOS and then something pertaining to the owners, now we didn't ban right away as just saying that wasn't a full threat so myself and koval pulled you in TS to speak with you about it, after trying to speak with you all you did was try to leave the channel after being told numerous times how serious it was, and although it didn't seem like much initially until you tried to ignore us and get away, again why we wanted to speak with you was to clear things up, but you wouldn't seem to take us seriously. Not to mention there were staff members claiming you were causing trouble and potentially a threat. I would like to see what Koval thinks of this as well but I wouldn't mind unbanning you from TS and having a more serious chat to see if we cant clear this up.

I mean this is technically Accepted because we made a new TeamSpeak, don't cause anymore trouble though.

Ive spoken with Koval about this, it may have been a mistake but we need you to get in contact with us in TS ASAP
