When I asked him why he did this he replied I don't want to switch to the medic job and I don't have time to afk all day and beg like you I then contacted Oxen and had him talk to riptide I though it was a mistake on his part and it wouldn't happen again but yesterday I caught him spawning himself a DU shield and when I asked him why he did this he called me a dumb cunt and that because he did it in OOC lounge it wouldn't matter Evidence (If applicable): ask medic(Jocasta Nu) as he was there when it happened

Test your privileges in a private area like a Sim not the 2nd floor lobby to "fool around" and if somebody tells you to stop doing something because it's start abuse you really should listen and not say something like that and run away even if he abuses his powers make a report on him and let higher ups also note don't spawn anything unless it's needed in a Sim or for a event don't just spawn yourself a shield cause you want one

Yes I'm saying he probably didn't know the command to uncloak and I'm still saying it would have been better to take him to a room in TS and talk to him about it rather then file a report like this but that's my opinion

Tbh this looks like a misunderstanding and happy probably didn't know the command to uncloaked so he didn't know he was still cloaked this honestly seems like something you could have talked to him about rather then file a staff abuse report
