Well after having read this entire post and comments, I understand it as you got permabanned from the server because you were blacklisted from staff, and you changed your name and applied again. It was found out after you made a promo rec (on you self really dude) and you were there for permabanned from the server. After that you got mad so you decided to abuse your Teamspeak powers and kick regular players repeatedly, and the medic came on and permabanned you from the Teamspeak server as well. So while I might be tempted to give you a chance because people can change and many have in this community. I will say -1 on a complete unban, but a +1 on a shorter ban, to show behaviors like this is tolerated

I was here when Synergy was created, I will make sure to stick to the end, no matter where it will end. Joah you a great man and a great owner, keep doing what you already are and I see Synergy become a big and good community to be in

+1 Might not seem like most active dude, but does a lot of work behind the scene. While he doesn't do a lot to promote roleplay, that is not the role of the admiral in my opinion, the role of admiral is to lead naval, and that means doing a lot of off the scene works most won't see.

I have to agree with maymays on this one. Also, you are saying you want to promote teamwork, and you have a secret plan, but you don't wanna reveal it unless you get admiral. Honestly for me it looks you are being selfish and don't wanna make naval better unless you are the admiral.

And I think I speak for most naval saying that you are always welcomed back if you want.

+1 While blank certainly can improve, however, he has made himself a good scenario, from where he can build a better event from. Given the right Training and experience, I believe that Blank will make a great GM.
