    RP Name: Battalion Commander Cody

    Reason: I am no longer able to serve as commander cody due to the extensive and dedication the role requires and due to my increasing real life responcibilities I belive someone else is better off in the position. I will also be leaving Synergy, On December 27th 2019 I hit my 2 year anniversary and it has been an amazing 2 years on synergy I have met so many amazing people and managed to reach alot of roles within the server with the most recent being BCMD of my first ever battalion on synergy. Ever since resigning from staff I have kept to myself and the 212th as I felt like everyday more and more I was growing distant from the community and due to IRL circumstances I had less time to spend on the server, my terms as cody had their ups and downs but I feel like it was a productive period of time in which alot of changes were made for the better, most recently I have experianced a lot of stress regarding some issues that were surrounding 212th and despite resolving these issues It gave me time to think about my future in the community and I believe that it is time to take a long ass break and focus on other parts of my life

    Goodbyes: There are way too many imporant people to me in the community so I would just like to summarize my goodbyes into 3 groups.

    Staff Team - I think the staff team is often used as a scapegoat for some of the problems regarding the server but many people do not understand the amount of hard work and dedication that members of the staff team put into the server. I spent the majority of my time on synergy as a staff member as well as a huge portion of it as high staff and I understand how demanding the positions are so I thank the staff team for making my time here enjoyable, keep up the good work guys!

    High Staff/Management- The server would not function without the Head Admins, Directors and server management and Its been a pleasure working alongside you and I hope that when I return the server is still doing great, I am also very exciting for SCP and I can't wait to check that out when it releases.

    212th - I've done shoutouts for the people currently in the battalion on 212th discord already so I'm gonna keep it short and simple, 212th was the one battalion that I have been in since I first joined in late 2017 and despite leaving for SOBDE after I reached XO i have always tried to remain contact with the 212th via the use of Teamspeak as well as going for Kenobi later on, I love this battalion and I love the people in it, I hope the next Cody is able to lead them into prosperity on the server.

    I think from a consular perspective you shouldn't be forced to not attack just because you are a consular, I believe that as part of the character you are playing it should be part of your roleplay to make that decision instead of just being told you can't by a document. I'm not denying that consular realistically should not engage as much as other classes but that should not be forced you should still have the freedom to make that decision depending on how indepth you are going with the roleplay.

    That would be a viable fix but that’s a lot of work and balancing, also my first point still stands what exactly would be replacing battalion health/armour boosts

    Interesting what would you propose in return for battalions giving up their battalion health/armour bonuses tho?

    also can we not ignore the fact the damage that most weapons do, with base 100 health you are getting 2 shot by a single npc with a t-21

    That isn't what I mean, I'm just saying we are all up for a 2nd chance but some people simply can't change, the if 4 bans isn't already assurance idk what is.

    holding onto things from the past wont get anyone anywhere. 

    Lets say for example someone did someting really bad, that caused alot of problems socially and warranted a perma ban. A year passes by, do you want the person to be held responsible for something they did for a year ago? Or would you want to give them a chance to come back, even though there is a slim chance they have not changed socially. If it happens again then follow up with a no-appeal ban, we all know what @Mike Did and post on the forums, hell the guy should still be perma'd for past offences (No shade thrown). but yknow, he's back, he hangs out. He doesnt post flak cannons anymore. 

    All im saying is a chance should be given, but a leash should be kept. 

    His behaviour resembles someone who suffers with some kind of mental disability, I do not know if this is true or not but keep that in mind, I have no vendetta and I am very much up for giving 2nd chances but from what I personally believe its better off for Migo to stay away from the server not only for our good but also for his.

    I've dealt with you alot man and I think deep down you are a great guy but for your own good its better if you stay banned, You constantly threw fits of rage whenever something didn't do your way even small things like messing up on trigger disipline. At one time you were blacklisted from every battalion and from a staff perspective it was near impossible trying to calm you down and communicate with you as you would always run away from sits and just scream whenever you were frozen.
