I want to learn how the server works at its very core. I have several open applications to development courses online, but none have gotten back to me. This server is like my life away from life, so I'd like to combine the two. I've been told I could apply for the development team, but I don't think that's a good idea right now considering I have zero Development experience. Heck the only gaming stuff I've ever WORKED on is Voice Acting. Also considering some recent events I don't think it'd be any good for me to be a part of the team as of right now. Simply put, I heard this was the best way to learn this stuff so if anyone could help or advise in anyway it would be extremely appreciated!

That works too it was my idea so don't blame jugg lol. Its just alot of times TR people will be caught up in RP or won't see the "first time" mesage so any kind of way to give non admin TR a way to claim CRs would be great. Even the playing field a little.

+1 I feel like this and them sort of saying that they'll do a CC or a CR sort of like a claiming thing could help TR trained people have just as much as an advantage of those who are Admin. (Coming from someone with TP perms)

+1 •As the current SUPL for 41st I love this suggestion. As SUP is currently split into pilots and engineers there’s no real incentive to join support as an engineer other than those that long for RP. And considering that there are only five available spots for the pilots it kinda demoralizes those who don’t want to wait for months to get a chance to fly. •Doing something like this where people could have a direct impact in the fight like MED would be a huge incentive for people to join. Not only would it boost interest in GC but also in SUP.

+1 a lot of just kept our basic kits from our jobs. It would be nice to have a bigger distinction since we’re supposed to be elites! also it’ll give more motivation to join for future troops

How you can recreate it: Whitelist yourself to Nemec or Fireball for the model and compare to the Officer model.
