May I know specifically who I called a pedophile? As well as I believe I have the right to speak freely about whatever I would like in a non Synergy discord. I'm allowed to have an opinion.

Considering the time difference behind my quote, and the date of my ban. As well as me not actually having fox-mail it is easy to tell that it was in fact a joke. especially considering after I said it I immediately moved onto talking about work. It was something that I said in vain without thinking that I instantly moved on from. I won't say I'm exactly apologetic, I will say however that it was stupid and it shouldn't have been done I admit that. Again while I don't believe I should have been banned I agree with the decision making in regards to the severity of the offense whether or not the offense had actually been committed. I'll also add on, by the time of my ban I hadn't actually played the server for roughly two months at that point.

Do you not agree that the circumstances are wildly different? Midnight actually maliciously deleted documents. I never actually ended up deleting documents nor did I even have fox-email at the time I was merely expressing my frustrations in a private discord server.

I will say. whether it helps or not. I never meant it in any seriously negative way, it was always just jokes, at least to me. If it came off serious and it did affect you then I am sorry

I do just want to explain at least from my side of things. In a private discord I made a joke regarding deleting documents because I was told about something that happened in synergy in regards to CG which had me annoyed to say the least. As a result I joked about still having the fox email as well as going to delete docs. After I made that joke I cooled down and moved on with my day deleting nothing. Fast forwarding roughly a week, in that same discord server politics got brought up which in turn caused an argument that I was a part of. As a result of that argument I ended up lashing out the promptly leaving. The day after this argument happened I get told by Clorox that they had received a screenshot of me threatening to delete documents and that as a result I was community banned. The timeline of events leads me to believe that I was targeted due to behavior in that private discord. All of this culminates into me believing that the ban was unfounded and targeted. Do I believe my ban will get appealed? Probably not. But I did just want to set things straight. While I agree that I didn't play nice with others so to speak and I did have my rough edges. During my time actively playing I did do incredible work in whatever battalion I was a part of. And up until I started dealing with others harassing me leading my to disassociate with Synergy I genuinely did love not just the community but also playing the game. If you ask anyone that ever truly played with me they can tell you that I was always passionate and caring towards Synergy. Also in previous cases where the person actually ended up deleting documents the accused was allowed to rejoin the community. I never actually deleted any documents. Evidence to support your claims: This was the joke that was made in a non synergy related discord This is when Clorox first reached out to me.

Name: Canary RP Rank: SSG Suggestion: Either X'd out or Greyed out versions of the Jedi and Naval faction banner in the chose character menu Implementation: If someone does not have VIP then it shows the Jedi and Naval being X'd out, I thought out about this when I found out that new players do not need VIP in order to become Civi anymore. I figure this is an easy implementation that shows new players that they have two options off rip that they can play as now. It might also be useful to have bum's spawn in the CR room so that they can get trained, then when they get logged through /trainer they spawn in the standard Civi spawn. I figure the new banners coupled with the changed spawns might be useful in allowing new players to figure out whats what when they first join the server during their training.

So as one of the CG that was on at the time, you were harrasing our guys, causing issues with mainly battalion, trying to get people to run a crash command, anytime we arrested you it was fully within the confines of the Synergy Rule handbook. I'm seeing this as a one last get back on one of my guys because you got banned

Were you not literally in a discord that had confirmed minors sending not only pictures of you wearing lewd clothing but also pictures containing the outline of your... which eventually lead to you getting excommunicated from that discord server. this is not a new behavior shown from you you have been doing this for months. Not to mention that picture that you just pasted in this thread shows that you were banned last month on April the 30th, 2025 when your synergy ban was in November. You literally proved yourself wrong in saying not only was this a one time thing but that you also stopped doing this.
