Because I didn’t read that part in the first one and when i saw that people were still talking about it I decided to shut it down without reading as I was i game and doing ro I guess. I don’t have a good reason all I honestly have is my words. It is up to everyone else if they wish to believe me or not. I own that this was a mistake and I apologize for all the people effected by my mistake and what came after. That’s all I can say

I gave someone an alpha arc designation after a former Rancor bcmd had said during alpha designations that they would’ve given this person alpha designation during their term and this person had stated that he had had permission from a previous marshal commander but never relayed that information. I asked this person to get me a statement from a director/ marshal commander at the time. He did get this permission and sent me a screenshot of the message. So seeing as how a director/ marshal commander said yes and a former bcmd had mentioned that he would give it to him if he had remembered to so I had no transgressions about giving it to him. what I did not realize ag the time nor do I have any recollection of him telling me personally is that he was not even arc trained. I own up to the mistake and I assure that this will not happen again. Not while I am around in alphas or in rancor as a whole. My reasoning was I had no reason to question either as he had helped us with our alpha designation trials. It was an error in my judgement and it caused a hard time for my alphas who were not able to fill in a role that they had deserved.

Certain parts I would be willing to but some of my reasoning behind certain parts of his post are very personal and private so I would answers those over pms. Which part would you like me to expand on?

I plan to own all the mistakes I have made and not run from them. It is no secret what happened and anyone who wants to know the details can feel free to ask all involved. I embrace my mistakes as setbacks and do what I can to push for and not only prevent myself from making them again but teach others to do the same. My child side is due to what I do in my day to day life. However as explained by others I know when and where it is appropriate 9/10 times and I am working to make that a 10/10. Downtime when nothing is going on and when no one needs me, in my opinion, is a perfectly valid time to goof off and mess around in teamspeak and I leave the i game messing around to my character Willy. I feel as though making a fool of yourself is something we all do and it is unavoidable. While I will do my best I will strive to make sure that my foolish nature does not rub off during the wrong times by enforcement of serious time in the battalion when it is needed. And when we can have fun we will. as for the last question it is my belief that I have the support of the rancor officer team excluding 1 maybe 2 of them. I have the support of the XO Satan who I have worked with for several months now. I have the support of the senior officers and the junior officers. These are my viewpoints as if i felt I didn’t have a support structure under me going into this I would not have applied. Our officers are will also be involved in most of not all of the big decisions we make. Most of the officers were also involved in developing the points of our latest battalion meeting as well. Fair point. Willy is meant as kind of my outlet for that side of me so I don’t translate it over into my characters that I need to be more serious on. However I will admit that Willy can get out of hand at times. I’ll work on that

I became colt when snow was blitz or right after he stepped down. It was towards the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018. It was 2 years ago so apologies for not remembering the exact details.The 2018 was at the beginning of the year from January til about March back when we had just moved to be mayor extensive. It was a little after the original dark had just stepped down from colt. But yes myself, Ryder, Miller, winters, dark, and a few others Whos names escape me revived the battalion On two deprecate occasions. i respect your opinion as much as any other fizz ok and thank you for the constructive criticism. Whether I am placed in the position of BCMD or not I am going to look to hopefully change the opinion you have of me in the future and hopefully show you the side of me that many people know as the person who you know you can come laugh and have fun with but when it is time to buckle down he gets serious

+1 there is no good reason for it not to be added, you can literally take the helmets from fordo or alpha and just add it to these characters, it will make the people who care about it happy, no o ok me else should care about what we wear cause what I have on my player model doesn’t effect you unless you make it your concern. I challenge anyone to give me a VALID reason why this can’t be done.

+1 cause we need some sort of change. The map were on is cool but events are limited in terms of style. I do agree that people have gotten lazy and something needs to change. Anaxes can be that bridge between the next but this one ain’t working.

-1 Ok so you know I love you my boy and I do believe that you will be a great commander, however as of right now, I do not feel like you are what the battalion needs to succeed as of this point. You are a very serious person but sometimes overly serious. you can be very aggressive at times with the way you talk to some people. and at times you can get frustrated and shut down as I have already spoken to you about. this is my position as of right now based on my standpoint as of right now. My experience from the past on dealing with this type of scenario before, *cough* Tofu *cough*, but I have seen what happened when things are rushed uneccesarily. I would like to see you as a commander and I feel that you could succeed in that position in this moment in time. I also feel that it is not a necessity for us to have a bcmd as of this moment in time. if I see something that changes my mind this will change.

4/4 Amazing really loved the plotline. Loved how you still had hostile vehicles but not over aggressive on it. conscious of the lag which is always a plus. nothing but good things to say.

Listen man, idk what was going on but that was messed up. first off you've got asajj shooting rockets at our ships, There is no build up and just all of the sudden we have asajj around, grievous gotout of base and you spawned in 2 ships out of nowhere just so you could escape and you did it in front of everyone. a droidica was spawned in the brig out of nowhere and just comes rolling down the hallway. you should never have the plan for an event to be that one event job kills another. it never works and stuff like this happens. ypur event got derailed and you kept going further and further off topic. all in all it was a slug event and and it didn't make any sense.. 1/4 you need to work on storytelling
