Its not really saying its an issue with a staff, just an idea to help give late night players a more entertaining experience.

It would make more sense if you apply for GM and staff rather than create a roll which sudo combines the two. If for some reason late staff can't fit the requirements to get these positions that is an issue with the staff team members themselves not the staff structure.

To be honest, I would rather focus on putting people into positions that in turn can notice the lower level staff members doing well during low pop, who in turn recommend you for promotion, instead of making a new rank which kind of seems like a bandaid fix. I’m aware there has been some communication issues, and lack of oversight in certain time zones, but this is being internally discussed and solutions should be present in the coming weeks.

Just like when I was staff it was hard for CCs. Game helpings help aswell and being noticed not just trainings, unless it's still 10. I dont think this will be added but the rank most likely wont

This guy gets it. But seriously, if Shaak-Ti gets a "private" channel, I'm going to be looking at another named jedi channel suggestion 1-3 months from now, if not 2 weeks. Yes, there is a need for Named Masters to hold meetings with their applicable battalions, or commanders; thus I've created a "Jedi Meeting Hall" that can be used at the High Council's desecration. This will remain a "shared" Jedi Meeting channel, and no one person, named master, or rank will be allowed to "take over" the channel, like previous years. Accepted, with changes. Also, don't do this because I'll just bean you (Anti-Movers, etc. are not allowed, check community info section)
