A disagree and a dumb do the same thing. I would say dumb is just a step forward.

Feds I literally remember waking up, looking on my phone and having notifications about you dumb repping posts from like 4 months ago. -1 don’t be dumb and people won’t give you dumb rep.

Then you clearly aren't monitoring the forum if you say it isnt getting abused LOL. I've had to warn a solid 4 people already about mass dumbing people. It generally does affect some people which is beyond me why that is, but it is a pretty silly thing. I'm -1ing though just because at the end of the day, some people are just... dumb.

Why don't we have a competition where people create gmod CWRP scenes and then we use that as our loading screen? The current one is a little boring. Maybe the winner can get some credits and obviously have their artwork/scene featured on the load in. This happened on my old server which I thought was pretty cool.

We actually investigate cases of forum rep witch hunting (someone going and dumbing every post you make without thought of content and the like) but some people just say dumb things. There is a distinct difference between disagreeing and dumbing. Disagree is like "You got a valid point but Nahman that not good with me" Dumb is like "That's some dumbshit you said right there"

It's a reaction to when you say something dumb. I have not seen any abuse, if you're getting dumbed by a lot of people, then that's your problem. Reaction abuse is Dumbing/Negative every single post on a single post or Dumbing/Negative every single post on someone's profile If you're accused of being dumb, then to quote someone "stop being dumb 4Head"

Square and I usually go through and set people but sometimes people don't fill-out the form properly or we get behind with more important things happening (MRP Launch/Christmas) If anyone needs their staff tags on the forums just PM me and I will set them. Merry Christmas everyone

@Dill While what you said is definitely worth considering, you have to consider that doing these types of things makes keeping the peace a lot harder than it needs to be. We shouldn't have to be called to fix something that was caused by you. For example, while flamethrowers aren't "illegal" (for lack of a better term), we had almost instantly gotten a report of someone setting 2nd Floor Lobby on fire. While others could argue that it wasn't you that did this, you still enabled it. Like it or not. But while the weapons shop was the bulk of the report, the primary motivator for this was the unbanning and unarresting of the trooper. You didn't bother to talk to the CG about why he got arrested, like many admins would. When the trooper was arrested for ERP, it was an AOS. CG don't TALK to people when there's an AOS on them. They carry out the arrest, put out the AR, and fill out the form. The way you carried out the punishment for him (false or not) was completely unprofessional, because, again, you didn't talk to anyone. You just teleported him out without saying a word. The same pretty much goes with the ban. There was no discussion about it, you just unbanned him. You completely undermined what the admin was trying to do when it was an issue that should have been taken to the ban appeals. As for CG not telling you that things were getting out of hand, you know your rules and how to uphold them. CG shouldn't have to tell you when you go too far because, as an Owner, you should know your own boundaries and why this would probably make it hard on them. As for your edit, from what I understand, ERP is an instant ban without warning. Perhaps the admin was doing what he thought was right. The same can be said for you, sure, but if an AOS is called, I imagine the least you can do is respect it and give staff a chance to investigate the matter rather than instantly acting on it out of your own volition and (once again) undermining both the admin and the CG. EDIT: Another reason CG probably wouldn't approach you is because of your status on the server. The newer ones would be intimidated while the more seasoned ones let you get away with it because it's "not worth the trouble".

The example of this is every Dumb Rep on this suggestion, disagreeing would be using the actual disagree rep but I barely ever see it used.

Name: Same as forum... Suggestion: The abusing of the Dumb Rep is starting to get annoying if you put your opinion on an application or anything someone that disagrees with you just rates it dumb. Im suggesting a punishment for abusing the rating excessively. Implementation: Restricting a users right to rate anyone’s posts for a temporary period of time.
