AWOLMrWhite Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 RP Name: [=AWOL=] MrWhite Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:1737639 Staff member you are reporting: [SR] TayTay [A] Staff Members Steam ID (If applicable): STEAM_1:1:177527024 Staff Members Wrong-Doing: Slayed me on unjustified report of RDM Explain the situation: So during the game of TTT i heard a gun go off behind me and there was a dead body and someone running away. so i followed and heard more gun shots from only ONE GUN and turned the corner. i saw Coltan(i think that the spelling) over a body that had just fallen to the ground and yes i saw just as they died. i didnt explain this properly so that may by why. i killed Coltan and yelled it out to everyone. He was infact a T. again there was no other gun shots and the body was facing away from Coltan when he died and there was no one els in the area. so yes i killed him on these facts. Now im going to quote i remember him saying. "you did not see him kill him so its RDM". Now im goign to Quolt the rules and if the rules are changed dew to this then good im glad i can help. SECTION A - GENERAL RULES No Random-Deathmatch (RDM) No False KOSing. Refer below for the definition. If a Kos is called and the kosed player is innocent, the player who made the kos can be kosed unless they have a valid reason. Did i have a vaild reason? far as i know yes SECTION B - STAFF RULES 10. Always make sure you have sufficient proof that somebody has broken a rule before punishing them, witnesses don't count as evidence for rule breaking! No ecidence of a RDM was present SECTION D - INNOCENT SPECIFIC RULES No killing fellow Traitor unless it's self defence. Cannot call KOS unless the traitor got shot at/attacked first. Do not delay the round by sitting in areas where innocent players can't get to. Ex: sitting in T-room, or areas that you can only get to with a teleporter. Only allowed to KOS people who shoot you first or with a valid reason No calling out other traitors unless agreed upon by both players. As far as im aware i didnt break any of these rules SECTION I - SUSPICIOUS ACTS Things that ARE Suspicious (Does not apply to Detectives) (Can be called Suspicious for these) Shooting close to players (traitor baiting). Throwing frag, incendiary, or discombobulator randomly(not targeting players). Not identifying bodies (may be a bomb) Aiming at, watching and stalking players (all three combined are a single act). Having a traitor weapon and saying in chat that you have it part of rule one was present but i saw the body fell and that it was facing way from the attacker when her died SECTION J - TRAITOROUS ACTS Things that ARE Traitorous (Does not apply to Detectives) (Can be killed for these) Attacking/hurting players in anyway. This act was Present. Now i dont have evidence of this as i was not recording at the time but i think next time i will be recording at all times. i will say i dont intend to have the Admin /Mod removed only that he fully read the rules and understand them. TayTay Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 (edited) So in the report, you stated that you only heard what happened and walked in and saw that he was standing by a dead body and as I stated you had to have seen it happen yourself or see him walk away from an unided body which you never said happened so I slayed you. Retired Founder Forseen Posted July 20, 2018 Retired Founder Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 Seems as though this may have been a misunderstanding, @AWOLMrWhite Due to recent rule updates as of roughly 2-3 hours prior to this report there was probably some changes/updates to rules and things that were added/removed/changed, hence why it probably doesn’t add up..
