Implementation: As of now ATC has to just be through comms and many new pilots do not understand that the population can dictate the protocol which is active. The basic idea- A menu which players could have open in lvs with the click of a button or the run of a command like /atc. This menu could have the ATC status and communication status and maybe a box saying the active ATC controller. Now for someone who can run atc they could have their own special radio/terminal spawned in or in their whitelist which would allow them to change the status and claim ATC control. If they opt for a command then it could be something like /atccon. Lore: No lore is applicable to this. Workshop content if applicable: Require Development (If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development") Current: FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Former: DSO Mack, DSO Hound, CG SUPL, CG LT, 104th REGO, 104th Jedi Officer, 104th WO, Jedi Master.
