Explain the situation: There has been multiple instances of Zeros metagaming to ID Vizla members and consistently using it for an advantage over
other players for which he was arrested. There was a second situation in which he RDMed me for being in Nalhalla (Neutral territory) without going through some little checkpoint
in which he claimed all who did not would be KOS despite that being against the rules.

RDM did have an AOS put out, however the people "investigating" did nothing with it, not even deny the obviously valid RAOS.  and despite followed up attempts no update was ever given.
