KaiserNeiner Posted April 1 Head Admin Report Share Posted April 1 Staff Announcement | March 24th, 2024 We had our weekly staff meeting today and here is everything you may or may not have missed today during the meeting. We're continuing with giving more talks rather than less to ensure communication is at an all time high within the staff team. First of all, IF YOU ARE A @[CW] Senior Admin MAKE SURE YOU ARE LETTING ADMINS AND NEW ADMINS TAKE THE TICKETS THEY CAN TAKE. Those guys do not have the same staff abilities as you and the tickets they can take are limited. Let name change or whitelist tickets stay up for a bit. Make sure you're taking tickets within your bracket of staff to ensure other people aren't getting screwed out of their quota! Second of all, LOA's or ROA's that are put up a day or two in advance of the staff meeting do NOT cover your entire staff quota. Please communicate with higher ups if you need help with quota. If we see trends in people taking last minute LOA or ROA's to cover a lack of quota hitting, we will deal with it accordingly. Third, DEPLOYMENTS are a great way to get noticed within the staff and GM team, and we have available spots for NA, EU, and AU deployments. The upcoming April 3rd deployment is open and we NEED it hosted! Reach out to a @[CW] GM Officer or @[CW] Veteran Admin if you're interested.
