Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Went off of the previous event with the porgs just basic shootemup with a CIS General Porg taking revenge for the death of the porgs. Unfortunately he did not succeed

3 - I wasn't a fan of the event.

4 - I'm sure the event was highly cared for but during DB an EJ started to screw around during DB and that goes against server rules. Normally I wouldn't care, but some people, especially the lower ranks, are waiting out of excitement to get promoted.

5 - The server had no issues that I'm aware of.
