How long have you Played on the Server [Hours]: Since Creation, Alot. I have 1,137 on record.  All CWRP, split with time on Icefuse.

Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce:

  My idea starts with some 4 naval officers boarding the Ship. They request to land, and are given approval.  The highest rank (nothing crazy high), will notify the actual naval on the ship they are there to upgrade the systems, with new technology (like more efficient engines, etc) and updated maps.  The event jobs will go to 2 different parts of the ship, the engine room were they should be accompanied by engineers and the comms deck were they will also be accompanied by naval.  Here is where its spicy, if the event jobs are successful, they tell the admiral that their are issues with upgrading the engines and they have to report to Kamino (event server, and because we don't have a space port like map) to pick up new troops and finish the upgrades.  On Kamino, Grievous will take the opportunity to attack the docked ship, and destroy the training facility to get the upper hand in the war.

  If they don't go along with it, and prevent the event jobs from accessing the systems they need to, or are hostile, they will activate a beacon were Grievous will attack with droids.  During the attack the event jobs will attempt to disable the ship, and make their getaway to Nar Shaddaa. There the clones will intercept the traitors (at the base on Nar Shaddaa) before they can upload the data to the CIS.  Droids would be deployed to help the event jobs, or possibly a bounty hunter with some help.

The idea can be changed around, but the core is event jobs as naval come on, and try to upgrade the ship. From there, players will RP with event jobs, and their actions will decide the outcomes.

+1 based on app he's actually willing to have flexibility in events and ensure there is SOME choice and planning for when things go sideways or not the way 'you want them to go'

 

do events like this from time to time (sometimes in the morning a shoot 'em up just to get people chilled is a good idea at like 8am GMT when Max used to do his XP Grinder 5000 things with Burrito etc.) and you'll be considered a good gamemaster; linearity in a roleplay server isn't a stellar idea
