Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A friendly consular class was shot down by a CIS force. Then the ship flipped over and crash landed in Sector 2 carrying experimental weapons. Afterwards, the troopers secured the weapons and repelled the CIS attempting to get a second chance at that weapon. In the end, the CIS was shot down by another Consular-class, in a bout of irony.
