Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Senator Florginsmor had a hit put out on him by a Hutt. The republic completely failed to protect or save the senator. The senator is now dead, a video of him being executed by a Jawa was sent out to the republic. The video was posted publically and made the republic look bad.
