Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Admiral Isaiah was digging through CIS databases and found the truth about his son's death on Anaxes. In a fit of rage he contacts the GAR ( who he found from CIS fleet movements) and offers them knowledge in exchange for military power to kill the CIS member in charge of killing Isaiah Jr.
