Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): The Banking clan come to Anaxes to discuss securing payment from the Republic. An agreement was reached and the Banking clan were leaving, UNTIL the CIS attacked, killing them all. the CIS then attacked the Republic and the Republic won.
