Encounter Name: War Preparations
Description of Encounter: The Mayor of Sanctuary communicates with the Anaxes Base that his Peacekeepers have detected weird signals from the region. They had triangulated one of the signals to a region just outside the Crystal Caves, and believe the signal to be CIS in origin. As the first site is investigated, a bomb and an EOD crew are found, planting it in preparation for a future assault. A medium sized transponder sat in the area as well, and allowed the Peacekeepers to track the other locations for the GAR. GAR responded to the new sites and defused the bombs at other sites with varying degrees of success.
