Summary of encounter: This was another step in the story of The Shadow Collective targeting Admiral Yularen, and it ultimately resulted in another attempt on the Admiral's Life. I had hoped to spiral this into an event, but unfortunately there were no Bounty Hunters online once this thing got going, so I adapted the story and pretty much just made it into some RP for the Navy and the 41st, and at the end SO BDE got to interrogate someone.
