Hey there brothers. I'll keep this short. Upon speaking with Commander Cody, a renown strategist in the grand army of the republic, we both agree that the 212th attack battalion is lacking in using and applying tactics as well as strategies during active duty. It is in our best interest to strengthen the troops, giving them more training and practical experience to increase their efficiency on the battlefield. I ask that all other battalions work together for a Joint Training Operation; where every clone in every battalion will learn the skills and knowledge to become a cutting edge warrior.

I present we focus with ATT vs DEF battalions at first. As such, I formally request that officers from the 327th such as @Zahariel meet with the 212th to organize training sessions. The 212th will focus on teaching their battalion how to attack more effectively, while the 327th learns how to defend more effectively as well. It benefits both battalions. 

In order to do this, we will most likely require the troops to be deployed to a remote planet; with enough room and environment to work with. We will focus on infantry vs infantry. For instance, the 212th will have to launch an assault on a base that is being held by the 327th. The 212th will discuss tactics and strats on how to attack, while the 327th does the same for defense. At the end of each round, both battalion officers will debrief on the results, discussing both positive and negative points based on their personal evaluations. Then suggest methods of improvement, that way both battalions can learn from each other and as a result become stronger. 

If possible, I would like to make this a reoccurring event. Perhaps once or twice a week, have the battalions do this. The Chancellor has been conducting similar simulations with the other battalions, however I believe we require a more in-depth evaluation and reflection on our troops; so that way each one knows what they did right and wrong. No man left behind; let us unite and become stronger - for the glory of the republic!

We will definitely look into joint operations with the companies and elite forces of the 212th. We need to be able to work together cohesively to effectively destroy our targets and minimize casualties. I recommend you men organize training sessions for your companies, then we come together and come up with strategies that utilize ARC/Ghost Company/2ndAC all together to create a colossal force to be reckoned with.

Bring the cubs; as well as the pilots. I already have documentations on my datapad for effective air-to-ground support tactics and strats.
