shoulder pauldrons, when you can wear 2 & REG

I want to know about shoulder pauldrons and when you can wear 2, because I'm pretty sure I remember being told somewhere that your left one represents your battalion, and your right one represents your REG. I wanted some explanation because my battalion's body groupers doc doesn't explain Regiments that well. Can you wear 2 when you get officer in your regiment or is it when you get lead? Please explain.

Bodygrouper rules depend entirely on your battalion. Ask someone in your battalion for that information.
