Summary Of encounter: Essentially a Mandalorian Clan Scout had been keeping an eye on the base for a few days, at one point he noticed that Palpatine and Binks were both onbase, and as he was preparing to alert his forces- Palpatine decided to go for a stroll. The scout couldn't resist, he opened fire on the Chancellor and his tight squadron of 501st. There were a lot of casualties. The scout died, but later on there was a brief assault and firefight in courtyard.
