Event Name: A weird happening

Summary of the story:  A strange object with a strong emanating energy lands near the waterfall.  The nature of the object is unknown, and the energy is unknown.  The worst part is that the things the object will and can do are unknown and could either be harmful or helpful.  This object creates strange things and makes strange spectacular never scene before things happen within a certain range away from it. Little does the republic know this object has been followed by an unknown man and he is studying it very carefully, unexpectedly the object landed at Anaxes were this unknown man has followed it to and set up a small encampment for observation.  Will the republic find this man and suspect him of using this strange object for harm? What will the republic decide to do?  Will the object grow more powerful? Will the range of its power continue to grow? This is all up to fate.

What was the result of the event?: The strange object was destroyed and the unknown man decided to help and reveal himself.  The unknown man was questioned and given a ship to go back to his home.
