When 104th went in Agua was kidnapped. And was hold to randsom. And the Pirates wanted to sell the Knight to count Dooku. Count Dooku agreed to the offered and sent a Commando to grab him. Once the Commando sees that it went south he reported it in and count Dooku request to kill him which the commando droid assassinated him. And a friget came and tried to caputered the planet but failed.
