Event Name: Ever Be Vigilant

Summary of the story: Republic Acclamator known as "The Vigilant" was infiltrated by BX Unit Commando Droids, After making a distress call to reveal the location of the Vigilant to a CIS Strike Force. It would soon succumb to an ambush by the CIS, Making an emergency hyperspace jump and arriving in system with a Republic Venator Class Star Destroyer. The Captain scuttled the ship, and eventually only a small squad made it out. Conveniently, The Commando Droids infiltrated the squad. Concurrent to the Squads arrival, an infection was on going and had the base on high alert. The Commando Droids were exposed, and eventually the CIS showed up. 

 

 

What was the result of the event?: The Commando Droids were destroyed and the CIS fleet retreated.

Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: Passive RP with a shoot em up at the end.

10 - I loved to see everyone's roleplay and enjoyed seeing the 104th do there thing and was shocked to not see many meta gamers.

2/10, Could have been fun until they decided they didn't like the fact that we were winning in our roles so they had 2 other people check if our numbers were correct, made Omama want to take a long break and made me want to punch a fucking wall. Next time try not to let them do any bullshit like that and watch the roleplay decently close at least

8/10 - It gave each trooper a chance to participate one way or another. I saw lots of people getting involved who weren't originally involved. Events that can suck people into RP without them trying too hard are perfect for new recruits. It also allows more veterans of the server to sculpt situations as needed. All around great job.
