adding a coller looking HUD

Suggestion: i found a health and armor bar for your HUD

Implementation: i think putting this health bar would make our server look more modern and putting it in the center of your screen could really change how we look at our screens for a good way. instead of looking at your health and armor and seeing a bunch of other stuff like money and your job its alot to look at. with this mod all you look at is the bottom center of your screen, and see your exact number of health and armor. the flow of fighting would go alot faster and managing health and armor would be easier

-1 I just think we should stick with were we are at right now. Nothing personal its just that doesn't have a lot of features are does have, and is kinda for something else rather than swrp

-1, Our current one is way better than this. It would also be a huge pain for everyone to have to get used to looking at a different place to see health/armor.

-1 the server paid for the HUD we use. We're sticking with it, its custom. Also that HUD is literally used for every other starwars server with BF2 models.
