the point of this suggestion is to remove it from the ARC process, and move it to the ARF process, which 91st oversee.

At the least, the requirement of the decisions of founders to back up his own. Or, demotion. This isn't how a Director should act.

He has made permabans for invalid reasons. The "helping out the door" ideology will not and DIDN'T WORK with legacy members. For the people who have no interest in the server but still have friends in the server, will want to see their friends have fun.
