Fascinating. I believe (especially here) that we live in a global society with two different kinds of *racism* 1. The kind of racism where you're actually meaning what you say and have true hateful feelings behind it. that's the kind that 99.99% of this community DOESNT have. 2. The kind where it's meant as banter and fun. We as humans have changed so much in the past 60 years in the terms of interracial relations that we can joke around with each other using the same words that use to be said with purely hateful intentions. Even though I believe a better rule of thumb to go by is there is only 1 race. The human race. We're all fuckin humans. IMO letting words of humanities darker past dictate our future isn't the way to go. If a dude comes on the server screaming weird and nasty shit then yeah ban them. but for stuff like this, no.

granted my view on the topic is outdated, i remember being told it was okay to tp to someone and arrest them during my time in ST (now CG) but only if the person was running and they couldnt be caught.. so idk

As to say, i was staff for 7 almost 8 months, i have alot of experience when it comes to the rules, how they were and still are, and quite frankly even tho "apparently" it is said that the atc rule is no longer valid. it is STILL in the rules. its like saying a group of people disregards a law because they forgot it existed, which you would be arrested for if caught breaking said law/rule. i would have done the same thing Zyner did. Dammit Jayarr, yes we have seniority but we have to respect them too. <3 love you tho ill go ahead and apologize for my words but i still stand by them, this is something that could have been resolved quite easily, and my word still stands, the rule is technically there and valid until removed. Woah, alright im going to point out some discrepancies right here, (and maybe i dont have a say in this, but guess what? im going to state my opinion) They were in a sim, a NULL claimed sim, okay, in sims, (if my administrative knowledge isn't outdated) You can spawn weapons for people inside the sim, if requested to do so, this is coming from someone that held countless sims and events. i doubt theres anything wrong with spawning a weapon inside of a sim. Was he killing anyone else inside the sim? besides the people he was in the channel with, i can tell you right now this happens all the time my friend, thats nothing. Now the RDM outside of the sim? it wasnt right, w.e. call a CG to arrest him. plain and simple. Not really any need for a staff abuse report when 1: the sim thing is invalid 2: In game killing can be handled by in game means (CG)
