Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Shaak Ti sent out the 41st to endor to scout out a CIS Refinery, after collecting enough information, the 41st explained all the details to the rest of the available troopers, and sieged the outpost.

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): 41st are sent out to Umbara to see what materials are needed to retake a republic outpost, once they've figured out what they required, they got the materials from naval and teamed up with the 212th to retake the republic outpost from the hands of the umbarans

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): The 41st leave the base on a barc patrol, only one trooper returns with bad news, the patrol group was killed and Gree was taken hostage! 212th and others are sent out to go retrieve the BCMD from the clutches of the Death Watch.

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Recent distress signals were sent out from a Republic comms tower on Umbara, once troopers arrive they find the CIS have taken the outpost, troopers then take back the Comms Tower and fix it up.

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): 41st and 501st are sent out on a small recon mission to locate outposts on Geonosis, after locating the outposts and sabotaging as much as possible, they inform the Attack batts of what they found, all troopers are then sent out to storm the outposts and destroy the main droid factory.
