Are you currently staff on a different server?: No
Why did you leave the staff team?: Left the staff team and the server 3 months ago because of work issues and got burnt out on Synergy.
Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I've only been back for a few days but in that time I've heard many complaints about staff taking too long or not responding to tickets and even experienced it myself. During events they're there but outside of those it can be hard to get staff to help. One staff I talked to today said about how he has to do staff things even though others are on because no one was taking tickets. I wanna rejoin staff so people don't need to sit forever and wait and to help when tickets get backed up to ensure people don't wait till their tickets time out.
How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): Previous time didn't go as well as other times. I was very much out of ideas as a GM and overall I wasn't in a great place mentally. With my new job it's helped tremendously with my mental state and I believe it will continue to help.
Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?:Yes
Note: I work a Wednesday to Wednesday shift, meaning from 10am Wednesday to 1PM the following wednesday I will be unavailable in game or on discord, however the week I'm off I will be very active.

5/5/2.5 It was fun but there were many areas where server performance was under 4/s and it wasn't fun pushing up to the top area with 0 cover

The tracking launcher is currently really garbage. I’m not trying to be that person; however, when I was asking for opinions around the server to adding chain gun to heavy ordinance troopers the community told me they do not want mini guns and rocket launchers on the same job. If you already have mini guns than the tracking launcher is uneeded.
As a current HVO you will feel completely useless your ammo runs out for the launchers.
Firstly in this situation we don't have 2 rocket launchers and mines (unlike HVO), we have the Z6 and are trying to add one launcher. Secondly you probably experienced pushback because adding a minigun with 2 rocket launchers and mines. Thirdly minigun is bad against aircraft so this will expand our arsenal

My only question if that's a thing then how would people be able to forge passes? I'm sure doing this could cause issues with metagaming as people will check them for a basepass before asking for it and metagame the hell out of BH.

droid spamming rockets in BCC wasn't great, the more intelligent droids during the "Invasion" were super OP having laser accuracy and I died constantly in less than a second. and too many droidekas and turbo lasers
