    Thank you for your honesty. I could really care less what others say since the situation was between you and I know how the server works with certain members.
    If anything I can ask for it would be to reduce the permanent status to something relevant. Ive been here long enough to understand that things should not have escalated the way they did and using the term "suck start a shotgun" was not my prerogative towards you. everyone is only human and the amount of stress that I was going through in a battalion that had leadership out to get me. It didn't cause me anything but negativity.

    Through thick and thin I have been an avid supporter of synergy roleplay and created lush environments with those who do not like me. Sadly the world is full of hateful people and some will never understand what someone is going through. the entire way the ban was handled in my personal opinion was completely scuffed and I am not the only one who agrees on that. It went from a removal from a battalionn to a perma ban. I also can guarantee worse things have been said to other people and they have received a slap on the wrist because of positions and/or rank. this server is not perfect and for those at the end of the day who are gonna sit here and make it there lifes work to destroy someone else.. you need help. 

    also a P.S For the people who like to "retire" from synergy then play theses games on the forums because they didnt like someone at some point in time. Please use relevancy from the actual ban itself and stop being so self centered. if you truly "retired" then why are you gate keeping. (bro dropped a warrant officer report from 2022)

    This is Mostly Towards You Rizzo

    I hope this message finds you in good health. I am writing to offer my sincerest and most heartfelt apology for my past actions that caused you discomfort, distress, and harm. I deeply regret my behavior and the pain it has caused you.

    I understand that harassment is never acceptable under any circumstances, and I take full responsibility for my actions. It was thoughtless and wrong, and I want you to know that I am committed to making amends and ensuring that such behavior never happens again.

    I am aware that words alone cannot undo the damage I've caused, but please allow me to express my genuine remorse for my actions. I am truly sorry for any fear, anxiety, or emotional pain you may have experienced as a result of my behavior. Nobody should have to endure such treatment, and I understand the importance of respecting personal boundaries and treating others with kindness and respect.

    Evidence to support your claims:

    I have taken the past few weeks to self reflect on my actions and talked with a still active community members on synergy. I can say that if it is possible I ever come back to the server that I would be completely okay being a CT Lifer. 

    I highly enjoy the community and player base and I grew up here with a plethora of memories and good times with "the boys".

    So Once Again I feel like it is imperative that my apology comes forward and outwrite towards the person I harassed and I hope you can see that I am genuinely sorry for my actions

    To Answer your Response/ Question I Would Say the end Goal Is to Continue the Pathway Clutch Paved for the Success The battalion already Has had. Small things such as a New Structed Chain of Command with a few new addictions of Officer Documentation will most likely be created for this 

    For The Experience Part One of the Greatest Achievement I Think I had Personally Was Climbing The Ranks in the 21st back in the Day adopting the Way oof the Cloaky SO Boys and Creating an Environment That just worked. We were a Family Just as in the 104th and We Were all heald to a specific Standard. We Left No stones Uncovered when it came to RP and Always knew That having Fun was always a priority. Those Who knew me back then some will say I had Flaws and I do not deny that But Not only can A lot Happen in 3 Years but I Have Proven Once More I am Fully Capable of Joining a Battalion as a PVT and Work My Way up to a Commander Posistion for my work and effort put in behind closed doors for a Battalion.

    Going to the field/ Deployment 2 different Things. Currently Our Field Event that is happening is Happening Right now But Since I was chosen for a multitude of Classes I Come back home every night. Thus The only Time I wouldnt be on is If I run a range like Last Night til around 2am

    Experience: 
    Prior Commander Blackout (4 Months as a Commander), 41st GCD( Loved bein an XO inside of Green Company) REGL In a Multitude of Battalions.
    (Obviously more but these are the top) 

    Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: 
    For Me, Honestly Its Plain and simple. It Comes down to the Dedication I have for the People of the 104th. For those who come to this Battalion with no prior SWRP Experience I Feel it is my Duty to Teach and Motivate Those People how Synergy Operates. I Truly Believe That I am 100% Capable for this position to continue my so Called Journey inside this Battalion. 4 Months ago I came back to this Battalion from being Deployed. My First words to Clutch were "Were what Needs Help in the Battalion?" He had told me a few different Things. He said " Support, Filling Subunits." , and when his entire High Command left the battalion he needed dedicated leaders. At the time though I had just came back into the battalion so here I was understanding the Struggle and Issues inside of 104th Day 1. Climbing through the Ranks and getting to the Officer Ranks I Eventually Became Wolfpack Member Warthog, SUPL and The Wolfpack XO. I Was able to Revamp the Entirety of the Support Branch within the 104th. Recreating Documents for better use/understanding. Recruit Member into the Battalion that were highly motivated and strived to become Wolfpack members, and thus that Fill Wolfpack over and over again as The Wolfpack Subunit was never left with an open position for more than a week. To those in the Officer Corps in the 104th that I "Grew Up with" through our trials and tribulations what I can say is that I have learned so much about the 104th in the Past 128 days I have been inside this battalion. Not only from you guys but from the Experiences I have had throughout the server with the people.

    Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: 
    The Thing I want to see most come out of the Battalion would be to Maintain this Family environment that we have. We all take time out of our day to come onto synergy roleplay and to someone like me that means the world. Especially as a leader inside this battalion. I also Would like to See more of a Detailed Structure when it comes to Certain Jobs Rank Retain to. What I mean by this is Each Rank should have a Duty and When you go up to the next level your Job should be a little Different and you should be Heald at a higher standard. No one should sit in a battalion do no work wait for a Time in Grade and expect to be promoted off that. Hard work and Dedication is noticed and is rewarded.
    Another Thing I would Like to see is the Stability of the 104th High Command and a Full Stable Wolfpack and Dire Squad. The Battalion Currently Hold Enough dedicated members to complete this But I also don't just want a full battalion of just Sub Unit Members. Recruits are always a fantastic thing but you can never force people to just join your Battalion
    So just as much as everyone else I strive to Gain as many new Numbers as possible and Create more Joint Mech Trainings Server Wide. I wanna see the entire server work in unison with Mech and not fight over vehicles. Growing away from the sins from the Past Marvel has thus Reinforced the way the rules are/have been. Thus now that that has been recognized server wide we need to enforce it together.

    Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

    Still Doessnt Change My Suggestion If this announcement was Made then why were All the SUPL Not Informed of this.

    Outside looking in you guys dont see it. Its almost everyday when we ask to fly a LAAT But no one gets out and support Jobs end up just sitting in the LAAT while a ARC trooper or any other person who got in it first wont get out. 

     

    Its not just me who sees this. Support is dying and this will fix it

    So If you all are unaware of the current situation with support Troopers on the Server It Is As Follows 
    Player Pop - Below 60 Players Any Pilot Trained Can Fly 
    Player Pop - 61 to 80 Players It Goes To Support Trooper Jobs
    Player Pop - 81 to 100 Players It Becomes Lore Character Jobs Only
    Player Pop - Above 100 Event/Boarding Parties (Only When Needed)

    These Are The Server Rules For Flying. Now I Think It Is Unfair that Support Personnel
    Go through ATC Training, Engineer Training, Pilot Training for Attack Ships and Support Ships, 
    Then A Battalion Tryout Just to be a Support Trooper and then Have some random person 
    Steal there Laat Because "they are pilot trained" or "the server pop isn't high enough" 

    First Off When have we actually gotten to those populations where the server is playable..
    I mean honestly we get to 80 pop and Its a slideshow
    This is no offense But those Player Pops Should not be that High..
    No Its actually so much simpler. 

    Suggestion & Implementation

    This Is What I Propose 

    Remove The Player Pop Entirely. 

    Make The Rules Be As Follows

    All Support Troopers Have immediate Prioritization Over Spawned In Aircraft. 
    During Deployments If Limited Air Vehicles Slots are available Let Lore Pilots Get Dibs Then If None are there Go To Support Troopers
    If there is more Aircraft Than Support Troopers Then Allow The Pilot Trained Personnel To Aid and Assist 
    Kind of like how the 104th Have all authority and Dibs on AT-TE's and TX's same thing here.

    The Reason Im even Suggesting this is for the simple fact that support troopers have been The Lowest recruiting branch on the server. 
    Thus Because We Cant Even Do Our Primary Job. Which is Be a Pilot. 
    We are Glorified Armor Dropping vehicle repairing Engineering Mechanics. But That's not all we want to do. Hell If we wanted to be 
    Engineers so bad we would all band together and try to get the engineer job back. 
    This is justa simple suggest That if gets approved will Actively Make More Use out of Support Troopers and allow us to do our Jobs
    Its Sad That All other Branches Get to Do their Jobs Whilst our can get stolen and we just sit there. 
    Let Actual Dedicated Pilots Fly and Do what they enjoy. if you wanna be a pilot so bad then join support. 
    This Has been My Shpeel on all this Hopefully its enough information to get where I hope it Goes.
