If I'm going to be honest... I have seen you behaving well on our TTT server and would genuinely think you're a great person. However... The fact that you came onto a server you have never even played on (which was you when it happened) and straight up spammed "ICEFUSE IS BETTER", especially knowing the history of what had happened and why this community was formed, is straight up stupid. This appeal to me pretty much says the following, You thought Icefuse was awesome so you came here causing unnecessary drama and got yourself banned. Your friends decided Icefuse wasn't for them and left to come here. You aren't actually sorry for your actions, you just want to follow your friends. You expect to be forgiven because you were an idiot. Sorry but that doesn't sit well with me... You'd have to put an absolute shit load of more context to your appeal, accompanied by a massive apology letter, but at the moment this looks like a sorry attempt of getting yourself unbanned so you can follow your friends like a lost puppy. If you already couldn't tell, this is a HUGE -1

For those of you saying there should be exceptions.. Exceptions would not be possible, because EVERYONE, and I actually mean everyone, will ask for exceptions. It just wouldn't work. If it is there, it needs to be enforced. However, I am neutral on this as I would like to see communities thoughts. (This sorta effects TTT too)

Just read through this. (Yes I’m posting here as to save Bob’s reputation.) All these images show, is Bob being RDM’d by a detective at the start of a round. and Bobonater killing an innocent, FIVE SECONDS, after that same innocent killed the detective... My simple response is as follows. Take your beef with Synergy (that everyone knows you have by the amount of shot you talk/talked back in the day) and ride it off into the sunset. Your negativity is not welcomed here. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to come after somebody for no reason other than being a part of a community in which, for you, didn’t work out. Denied, Bobonater will not be punished for your blatant bullshit.

Seems as though this may have been a misunderstanding, @AWOLMrWhite Due to recent rule updates as of roughly 2-3 hours prior to this report there was probably some changes/updates to rules and things that were added/removed/changed, hence why it probably doesn’t add up.. Make sense? Awaiting your response to see if you agree this was a misunderstanding or not.

Well you see, everyone that has done and said that has been in trouble, there's never been chances given for Racism since I became a Director and I sure as hell know that @Zander and even Billiam wouldn't have allowed the racism either.

Also, everyone gets caught up on what was said months ago. Rules, opinions, ideas, regulations change, such is life, it always changes.

So that means we can just allow racism in the community? I don't think so.

Considering his forum name, before I changed it, he constantly does it. He knows better and shouldn't need to be told. There are rules and consequences for breaking said rules. It's how life works.

I asked, doesn't mean it happens. You know very well Medic, how the higher echelon of the community works. For someone that has been around with the same rule set for roughly 10+ months, they shouldn't have to be poked about it.

What would you like me to do about the owners? They own the community, not me.

1. Cam has been around since the start of Synergy and was on Icefuse, he already knows this is not acceptable. 2. I didn't put that as my title, @Jek did and I physically cannot change it. 3. The issue is that if others see you saying it, then they will say it too which creates issues. That's like saying I say it in real life to my black friends that don't get offended, doesn't mean everyone wont. Therefore this is DENIED. Come back after the 5 days and don't use the same Disconnect message.

I have spoken to Keem and have lifted his ban. This was not a one sided offence, therefore does not deserve a one sided consequence. I agree with everything @Oxen has said on this topic, however this goes to both parties, as well as all players of the community. This type of behaviour is not going to be tolerated. Unbanned. Yeah, I would talk to your little brother and tell him to knock it off @Joseph as when you ban a user from a Teamspeak Server it automatically bans their IP address also, so what would have happened is as stated above you were banned by the IP ban that Teamspeak automatically dished out to your little brother... Sorry dude! As it was a 1 day ban and this post has been up for 22 hours I assume that the ban is probably over/lifted by now so I will be locking this post, however if it's not lifted let me know and I'll fix it!

There has always been a rule stating that you MUST train a Clone Cadet if you bail them. On top of this, I personally witnessed you being a complete and utter problem earlier. I was also on, cloaked and witnessed you mentioning that you were going to "mess with Tomas" or some variation of this. You're lucky I missed this situation or I would have banned you LONGER for personally targeting a member of staff. In my opinion you DO NOT deserve to be unbanned.

You have been causing constant issues, not only for me but for a large majority for the entire staff team of the community and you haven't been banned yet because you always start sulking whenever you are in trouble. There's a difference between being depressed and using it as an excuse to dodge punishment. You have been minging since the server came out without being given a real ban yet, I've watched you the entire time. You're lucky I didn't permanently ban you after using suicide as a way to try and get out of a ban. This is ridiculous @Billiam Clinton

Firstly, there were two of you that when I brought you, were laughing about the situation. Secondly, I checked your whitelist and you BOTH had regular 212th trooper gobs. There were 3 members of the 212th battalion that were the rank of Major or above, with me. Finally, you tried to run away after speaking gibberish and being cocky about the fact that you were on the job and had no intent to switch off. @Zander @Tomas @Rush Cat or @Medic can one of you please resolve this.

@DestinI see where you are coming from, I really do. However, you went about the situation completely wrong, let me explain in a little more detail. If a player is thinking about leaving, I personally would have urged them to stay and told them I'll find them someone as soon as possible or stayed out of the situation completely as to avoid an issue. (If you didn't know, Zander actually found the player a trainer and that CC is now a productive member of our community. You telling him to leave made this harder for everyone.) On your previous ban appeal in which can be found here. You tagged your post with the following: In which is definitely not the way to go about posting a ban appeal. Just by the tags on the post, it makes the appeal look unprofessional. In the previous report you were trying not to argue and doing quite well until you lost control a little bit, and were once again being unprofessional about the whole ideal. Which got so bad as to having one of our Staff Directors, @Medic, having to get involved in a n issue in which he did not need to be involved in. This community is less of a political business and more of a family and the voices of the people within our family are very influential. A lot of people in the community have a negative opinion on you because of certain actions in which you have taken. Now with this I see where a lot of people giving the -1's on your appeal due to them simply wanting you to have a break to rethink your approach to the server so that the family in which we have built here feels safe. I understand this completely, I also understand your point about it having nothing to do with what happened. I denied your previous report for valid reasoning and not for "negative feedback" in which I could have. The point in which you made in this post; Just because the player already thought of leaving the server does not invalidate the point of your ban due to the fact that you still influenced a player to leave the community which is very much so inappropriate. This is still in the correct definition of server disrespect and is unacceptable. Do I agree with the length of the ban? Not entirely, but due to your actions on the previous post and the unprofessionalism that was portrayed, I left it as is rather than decreasing the ban. This post and the previous posts made by me are 100% about the situation and are, by all means fair and have meaning and purpose. I think you should think about taking the rest of the time on your ban to rethink how you are on the server and within the community family at Synergy Roleplay before returning to the server. However, as I denied the last appeal I will leave the decision up to @Rush Cat & @Medic due to the fact that @Zander, @Aphex & I have already been involved in the situation. P.S. I wouldn't come into the Teamspeak telling the person that denied your appeal that they "Need help" then proceed to shit talk them in Discord with other members of the community that disagree with you and think that it'll all magically be okay. The community is joined together as one and talk gets around.

Spoken about this with Tomas and multiple witnesses, and just by reading the fact that you told someone to "Honestly leave" is not good. At that point you are trying to cause harm to the server by turning people away from it which is definitely server disrespect. Have a week to have a break and rethink your approach. That as well as what you have chosen to tag the post with. "staffneedtraining" and "staffabuse". This is the wrong way to put up an appeal to ask to be unbanned. Denied.
