RP Rank: All of them are unknownSuggestion: Almost 9 months ago myself and these 6 other members of the community had a sudden idea that we thought could work with the server for RP. It was known as the Order of Revan. Now we had taken time out of our days to do meetings amongst us so we could work long hard hours on ideas and documents that were comprised with good intentions. The whole idea was to make a "grey jedi" if you will, to be like the jedi for BH to work with and to join with in any task. While this may sound a lot like the Sith I still think that we could work this in and make this a operable faction to the community. The Highest rank in the Order would be the Master and the Council. The council will be made of a balanced amount of members for light, dark and balanced members of the force. At the very end I will have public docs from our workings however they are still in the works as is the ROE, induction and the Rules.
Implementation: They would be implemented right along side the BH Guild as well as the Jedi.

-1, all in the reason that there are never any action seen on the planet of alderan. Where as other planets see more activity, therefor giving a military base a reason to be there. For example, anaxes was good for the base, and good for interactions with the civilians.

Summary of encounter: Today's encounter is one of retrieving of parts for Grunkle Stan's Escape. He has ordered a few BH to steal or "borrow" parts and vehicles for his "BIG BREAK OUT". He is very excited to get out and cause chaos for the republic on their base on the planet of felucia.

-1 I am sorry to do so but when I read this from you reacting to Baelfire, I more agree with him since he has a point with you not dealing well with a RP scenario. I do love being around you man, but I have to admit I can count more times where you have acted on impulse rather than thought than I can count when you took certain things into consideration.

Experience: 2 months going on as a Bounty Hunter Guild Cabinet Member,
Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I am wanting to bring up the numbers within the regiment as I am seeing some of the numbers depleting. I am very ambitious as well as a very active member of the community.
Do you understand the lore of your regiment?: I do understand the Lore of my regiment. However not very well, I am doing my best to learn all lore and legends of star wars.
Availability: Through out the week I am able to be on or around the end of the day. (5 pm EST - 2 am EST) This also varies on when I have work and off days.
Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: I have achieved the position for guild cabinet after applying. However this is a one item list I am still hoping to spend much more time moving towards achieving other accomplishments in this server.
Do you have a microphone?: I do, however do to my lag, my in-game mic is medium to poor quality.
Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: I want my regiment to be either the largest or one of the largest regiments in the server when in terms of speaking of numbers and activity. I am also wanting to see them supporting more RP as well as interacting with others to give them and others a better experience of the Regiment.
How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: I am going to be trying to host more training's as well as joint training's. I also have a few encounters and events in mind for the regiment to help bring about its numbers, as well as doing interaction RP with other regiments and branches of the community.
Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I do, which is why if I will find myself inactive before you remove me I will resign.
Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: I do and I hope that through out those three months I can help bring about a new beginning for the Recon Regiment.

Why did you leave the staff team?: I was overwhelmed with schoolwork at the time and now that it is summer time I can take on my responsibilities.
Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I wish to join so I may host events, encounters and be able to help in training's. I am a people person and being a staff member is a big in the way of dealing with people. With my last time being an admin I found it quite enjoyable when helping the people of the community.
How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): My last experience went well in the way that I caused no issues. In my last experience I had learned more about the responsibility and duties that I had, as well as the restrictions that were required. This was an amazing time when I was staff since I could help with events.

1. Might I add that we already have majority of the docs ready, 2. Let me get this straight, you don't want grey jedi or another faction or want to remove BH, BUT you want sith back because it was "fun" to have around. I heard numerous people complaining as to them wanting sith back. THIS IS YOUR CHANCE AND IT CAN BENIFIT THE SERVER. The last time we had another form of "force users" numbers were higher than I am seeing today, which is one of the points that I had provided in the beginning. Sorry for this I just find that this will be useful to sway the community either to -1 or +1. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THIS FIND ME IN THE BH DISCORD AND DM ME!!!
