Could you elaborate more on your plans to improve the NCO core, or is the only plan currently to talk to them and maybe make a reward system?
Do you have any plans at all regarding the intel branch/updating docs etc?
Can you elaborate more on your plans to keep the current status of dire squad other than filling the positions up and getting models for the squad? Or is that currently your only plan for that sub unit?

Most fun deployment I've been on, absolute heat gameplay! -

+1 Spoke to Taco previously and he addressed the concerns and questions I had to ask and a lot more I had were answered in this application, it would be a mistake to not put this man in BCMD position!
in my opinion, Taco is the best current option for this position. He has the drive, time, and the experience needed for a BCMD to lead in and out of game effectively.
