    I'm gonna be real. If GMs were authorized to do deployments when there are less than 70 people on the server, it's gonna get people to be more active, and just off the deployment alone, you're gonna get a number of people from the deployed battalions to get on that were not already.

    Yeah, sorry about that. I had typed up most of it for when I felt ready to re-apply. At the time of the intial draft, I was indeed a SPC in 501st. I've updated the name. Sorry for the confusion.

    Why did you leave the staff team?: I decided to move on to other things, but regretted that decision pretty quickly.

    Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): First of all, I enjoyed being staff on Synergy in the past even though at times I was overwhelmed with Cadet trainings. I feel as if I could be of use on the server as I was before. As stated as before, I decided to move onto other things, but quickly came to regret that choice. After a few weeks of leaving, I just decided I'd quit GMOD. However, I came back to play on Synergy Roleplay | CWRP because it is a fun, stable server to play on. Ultimately, I think that with being re-trained for staff, I can be as, and even more effective as I have been in the past. 


    How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): 

    Right after being accepted as staff there was an incident I had with a battalion, but it wasn't staff related. After my second week as New Admin though, I was promoted to Admin. I think I did well as a staff member during my 3 or so weeks in such positions. As New Admin I had many TR trainings although it hurt my brain at times. (There were points where I did more than 10 trainings a day, for instance, when all the other big servers were down for a few days and Synergy was flooded with their players). During that time I remained calm, rarely showing my frustration with having to train so many Cadets and in most cases, the ones from the other servers were minging and some trainings took upwards of an hour. Sometimes I'd get mildly-frustrated in the Admin Chat that nobody else was claiming trainings, but as far as I can remember, that was about the extent of it. I think that overall, I was a very hard-working and dedicated staff member.

  4. 1/4. We had to wait an hour and a half for action to start for us. Just wasn't worth the wait in my opinion. The other stuff was fun (Really just the killing the Jedi part), but not enough to make up for the sitting around and doing nothing bit for nearly two hours. Not to mention the super long wait on Kamino as well.

    It's not all on you probably. There was stuff like lag as well. You did a good job regardless. Don't sell yourself short.
